共同社報導，聯合國大會日前通過了一項構想，呼籲國際社會合作監視接近地球的小行星，並採取改變它們在太空中的運行軌道等手段，防止它們撞擊地球。

此前，各國就如何防範隕石等進行個別研究，這是首次在聯合國主導下開展國際合作。日本宇宙航空研究開發機構（JAXA）的專家也參與了構想的制定，並正在就日本的參與方式進行討論。

根據這項構想，聯合國應設立可將各國天文台及雷達設施收集的資訊整合起來的「國際小行星預警網」（IAWN），在發現危險的小行星時可迅速共享資訊。

另一方面，美國和俄羅斯等擁有航太技術的國家將討論設立「宇宙任務計劃建議小組」（SMPAG），使用火箭及無人偵察機改變小行星的運行軌道。

今年2月，一顆隕石落在俄羅斯，引發了較大災害，此事成為促成這一合作的契機。但由於監視太空物體的雷達還可用於軍事目的，預計各國將圍繞預警系統的資訊共享方式及主導權問題展開交涉。

這個構想由聯合國宇宙空間和平利用委員會（COPUOS，總部位於維也納）於今年初制定。COPUOS主席兼JAXA技術參與堀川康10月22日在美國紐約舉行的聯合國大會上彙報了這個構想，並獲得通過。

【施旖婕／綜合外電報導】科學家不斷花時間想找出下一個地球，美國科學家透過天文望遠鏡，近日就發表指出，發現4.2萬個跟太陽相似的恆星，並推斷出44億個行星跟地球的氣溫和體積差不多，有可能孕育出生命。

科學家指出，目前已有3500顆行星是成為地球第2的「候補名單」，最近的行星距離地球為12光年，用肉眼就可以看見。

標題[問題] HTC new one 台哥大維修換新機?

想請問幾個問題 首先，在台哥大續約了new one 然後發現有紫光問題送回去台哥大維修 拿回來之後，紫光沒有了 但換聽筒與電源鍵(凸起)有問題(拿手機時店員還說電源鍵這樣是正常的) 就又再送回去台哥大維修 此時也要求換新機給我，門市也說好，然後叫我連配件盒子一起送去 拿手機時，發現不是拆新機，但門市說這是單品新機 我也再三確認不是整新機嗎，門市說不是 打電話去台哥大客服，他們也表示查詢結果為單品新機 後來想說手機也沒什麼問題就沒有繼續追究 今天，手機一直重開機(都沒有去動它) 也就是又要送修!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 這次就想說要不要直接叫HTC來收件，不要送台哥大 所以，抱怨了一堆有兩個問題與一個結論 (1)真的有所謂的單品新機嗎? 蘋果 (Apple)(AAPL-US) 第五代 9.7 吋平板電腦 iPad Air 上週五 (1 日) 在全球首批國家開賣，儘管這回在門市排隊等待購買民眾，可能不如一年前上代 iPad 推出時踴躍，但專業分析師仍預估，首週末銷量有可能出乎意料的好，上看 350 萬台。

《CNET》報導，觀察家普遍認為，這回等待搶購 iPad Air 的排隊民眾，比去年第四代 iPad 推出時要少。但知名蘋果分析師 Piper Jaffray (派傑) 的孟斯特 (Gene Munster) 仍看好首週末銷量可衝上 250-350 萬台。

若預估神準，這將會是相當不錯的 iPad 銷售成績。因為去年 iPad 4 及同時開賣的首代 7.9 吋平板 iPad mini，首週末合計預購及現場出售的總銷量也才 300 萬台。而這次同時間只有 iPad Air 開賣，一同發表的升級至 Retina (視網膜) 螢幕 iPad mini 則尚未宣布上市日期。

不過，iPad Air 這回首週末銷售可創造佳績的原因，可能會來自這是蘋果史上最大規模的平板電腦開賣行動：多達全球 42 個國家，且包括廣大的中國市場。相較於 iPad 4 開賣時僅在全球 27 國，iPad 3 更只有 10 國。
