屏檢今兵分兩路搜索頂新屏東彰化

屏東地檢署今兵分兩路，分別前往頂新屏東廠及彰化永靖總廠進行搜索，調查查明頂新公司是否知悉購自大統長基公司的之油品有攙偽、假冒及添加銅葉綠素情事。

屏檢下午說，檢察官今天率同衛生局、警方人員，持法院核准之搜索票到頂新公司位在彰化縣永靖鄉的辦公處所及工廠等共二處地點及頂新公司位在屏東縣內埔鄉之屏東工廠（負責食用油製造及調配）及廠長住處共二處地點等搜索。

檢方查扣頂新公司向大統長基公司購油業務往來文件、頂新公司與味全公司之間業務往來資料及頂新公司屏東廠出貨紀錄等文件進行解讀。

並以證人身分訊問頂新公司負責向大統長基公司採購油品陳姓油脂課課長，目前還在偵辦中。

小妹因為私人原因停掉網路一年 昨天請工程師再重裝網路後 上網是沒問題，但睡前電腦藍色系統畫面顯示”請勿關機或拔除電腦的電源，它將會自動關閉‘’ 且顯示“正在安裝更新2/54‘’ 沒想到主機一直沒有自動關機 睡醒還是在2/54……囧 請問大大們我的電腦可能發生甚麼問題？有解嗎？ 還是我現在應該強制關機？ 感謝大家Ora -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 222.251.15.46

酒駕加收強險費 每次2100元

車借他人酒駕 車主增加保費

〔自由時報記者王孟倫／台北報導〕為強化酒駕責任，金管會昨天表示，將在「強制汽車責任險費率表」新增「酒後駕車加費」規定，若車主一年內有一次酒駕被取締紀錄，隔年保費就加二一○○元，兩次即四二○○元，以此類推且無上限，如果是一人多車，每輛車的保費都會因酒駕而增加，明年三月一日開始實施。金管會強調，新措施將採「從嚴認定」，將汽車借給別人而發生酒駕取締，隔年保費增加也會算到車主身上。

強制汽車險具有強制性，所有車主都必須投保，不論車禍肇事者有無過失，受害人均可向保險公司申請保險給付，或向特別補償基金申請補償。

累計沒有上限 每年重新計算

金管會保險局副局長陳開元表示，強制汽車險的被保險人酒駕紀錄，將納入保費的加費因子計算，初期先以汽車族為對象，暫不納入機車族；加費方式是以前一年度違反酒後駕車紀錄次數乘上固定金額（二一○○元），每年重新計算，若一年酒駕三次，隔年保費就增加六三○○元。

陳開元說，目前強制汽車責任險平均保費約為一七○○元，未來只要一次酒駕，增加的保費金額就比原保費還多，還不包括其他交通罰鍰以及相關刑責。目前汽車駕駛酒駕罰款從一萬九千五百元起跳。

根據統計，台灣每年發生酒駕取締案件約四萬件，明年新增酒駕加費之措施後，預估整體強制汽車責任險保費一年可增加八五○○萬至九○○○萬元。

若有多輛車 保費將合計增加

保險局官員表示，這項新措施是採取嚴格標準，如果「一人有多車」，例如某人擁有三部汽車，某天開著其中一輛遭到酒駕取締，隔年保費是每一輛都要增加，三輛合計加六三○○元。此外，「換車」前一年有酒駕紀錄，原本的舊車必須加費二一○○元；如果車主換新車，車主同樣還要再付一次加費二一○○元，不會因換車就躲掉加費規定。

至於機車族為何未納入加費範圍？官員表示，因為機車的強制汽車險保費平均約六○○多元，且機車族人數遠高於汽車族，換算加費因素後，初估只有幾十元而已，能發揮的效益有限，但不排除未來把機車族納入酒駕加費的對象。

汽車族為對象 明年三月實施

陳開元說，本方案先預告後，再提請保險費率委員會進行審議，可望於今年底前完成「強制汽車責任險費率表」之行政程序作業，明年三月開始施行，不溯及既往、只適用新案件。

四川首隻母貓熊野放　自然繁衍有望

【大陸中心／綜合外電報導】2歲大的四川人工繁育母貓熊「張想」，6日被野放回大自然，成為全球首隻放歸野外的雌性大貓熊。

未來有望與去年在同一處野放的雄性貓熊「淘淘」在野外繁衍下一代。「張想」2011年生於臥龍自然保護區，在其母親帶領，接受了26個月的野外生存培訓後，6日被放歸四川雅安市石棉縣栗子坪自然保護區。

「張想」和「淘淘」放歸地相近，有可能會邂逅並組建家庭。

曾經嗑藥到無法自拔，一度情傷到企圖自殺，沉寂5年多、去年底復出的日本女星華原朋美，正與明治天皇的玄孫「急接近」，對方追得很緊。消息一出，大家都鼓勵她衝、衝、衝，盡快衝進皇家，以證明輸得再慘的人生不但能復活，還能加倍奉還！

竹田任慶應講師 出書暢銷曾訪台

「女性自身」報導了這段震驚日本的緋聞；39歲華原朋美正在發芽的新戀情對象，竟是明治天皇的玄孫、38歲的慶應大學講師竹田恒泰。竹田恒泰是從幼稚園到大學都唸應慶的「慶應寶寶」，法律學系畢業，除了任教，也有不少暢銷作，在法學界和評論家頗有名氣，還曾經訪台。其父竹田恆和是日本奧林匹克委員會（JOC）會長，但最令外界注目的仍是與皇家的關係。

7月錄影結緣 認愛等女方決定

報導指出，今年7月2人參加電視節目錄影坐一起，錄完影，竹田就到後台遞名片和送書，讓華原朋美受寵若驚。接著，他約她吃飯，有時吃好料，有時吃拉麵，8月時又替她慶生，禮物則是「昭和天皇愛用的包包」。竹田恒泰不愧為皇室後代，消息走漏後，大方承認喜歡華原朋美，但華原對這段關係有些「期待又怕受傷害」，很怕再一頭栽入戀情中而不可自拔，希望竹田等她；竹田則不想因曝光而干擾華原的決定。

華原曾是小室哲哉當年最風光時的得意女弟子，2人也有過一段情；遭小室拋棄後，她沉浸情傷，還因過度依賴藥物而幾度中毒送醫，一度是外界眼中的社會邊緣人。
