看來這次LAG的狀況非常嚴重，不知道是不是因為部分伺服器跳電造成故障所致
已經損害部分玩家的權益

從伺服器因切換時區造成產寶異常以來，伺服器的狀況就已經很不穩定

某些魚友反而連水箱都登不進去，即使登得進去速度也是非常慢
像我就是一個例子：如果登得進去，但要讀資料的速度會特別慢，但有時會真的登不進去
不曉得部分魚友是不是和我一樣有這種狀況

話說，之前也不是說有伺服器維護的補償嗎？
我覺得應該要先把這次堪稱史上最大LAG的水箱給修復完才能給補償
要不然給補償但品質沒有顧慮到對玩家也是沒有誠意

【蔡明樺／台北報導】食品大廠福懋、南僑捲入銅葉綠素風暴，衛福部食品藥物管理署續追銅葉綠素流向，副署長吳秀英今指，統園公司供應下游28家廠商，目前已稽查10家業者合法使用於飲料、膠囊錠狀食品、湯品等，扣除南僑蕎麥麵、皇家可口3款冰淇淋等2家業者自主下架，以及2家產製非食品業者，還有14家待查；另豐煜供應2家廠商，除福懋外，另1家待查。

食藥署區管中心主任馮潤蘭說，皇家可口冰淇淋使用的銅葉綠素鈉，依法可使用於乳製品，冰淇淋屬乳製品的一種，皇家將產品下架屬自主管理。至於福懋向豐煜採買的銅葉綠素，是否違法添加於其它油品中，目前還在釐清。

【沈能元／台北報導】蔣家第4代蔣友青因恐嚇事件受到關注，台大醫院創傷醫學部主任柯文哲今參與台灣公義會演講時，有媒體詢問，柯文哲父親是228事件受害者，對於蔣友青事件看法。柯文哲說，蔣友青已是蔣家第4代，228事件是蔣家第1代的事，這些恩恩怨怨，應由歷史、時間來解決，且228事件都經過幾十年，對蔣家後代沒有怨懟，會以正面的力量繼續走下去。

柯文哲說，蔣友青只是一個叛逆的小孩，這在民主社會是常有的事，社會應要有包容的力量，況且這是個人家庭的事，應由蔣友青家人出面解決；至於媒體詢問蔣友青疑似有嗑藥問題，柯文哲說，這需要專業檢驗才能得知，蔣友青嗑藥問題無法評論。

【蔡永彬／台北報導】台東縣紅葉國小學童今天在「2013年英語文教學國際研討會」中，實際展現「教到會」的課堂情境，這群孩子說「上英文課變得越來越好玩」、「英文沒那麼可怕啦」。根據台東本學期「期初補救教學」檢測結果，紅葉在內的9所偏鄉地區國小平均通過率是96.24％，高於台東全縣國小平均89.63％，在單字拼讀、字母聽寫、書寫能力都有進步。

偏鄉孩子幾乎沒有參加補習，也缺乏外部資源。台灣全球化教育推廣協會（GEAT）2年前與東縣府合辦「提升國中小學生英語學習成效教學實驗專案」，以「差異化教學及操作式的英語學習」方式授課，並以「教到會」為原則，共有11所小學、443人加入實驗專案。

GEAT理事長陳超明指出，照傳統的「趕進度」教學方法，沒有外部資源的小孩跟不上進度，就喪失成就感和學習動機，到最後會放棄學英文。此專案的英文老師之一林若蕎表示，山區的孩子也可以在英語學習成效上展現出傲人成果，孩子已經不排斥英文，而且可以自然運用在日常生活，對日後的英語學習有非常大的幫助。
