 國揚董事會通過5000萬美元投資大陸開發案

【鉅亨網記者張欽發 台北】
上市建商國揚(2508-TW)今天由董事會通過以5000萬美元的金額，這也是上市建商繼華固(1548-TW)、鄉林(5531-TW)、遠雄(5222-TW)、總太(3056-TW)、宏普(2536-TW)、長虹(5534-TW)投資大陸地產開發案之後，再一上市建商計畫前進大陸。
國揚的重量級大案「國硯」，雄11月進入交屋入帳期，以「國硯」建案全案已售部分如能在今年全數交屋挹注計，2013年對國揚每股貢獻度將高達2.8元，推升今年國揚建設的每股稅後純益有逾3.5元實力。
而華固建設第4季將有來自大陸首件個案－四川成都「沙河灣」完工入帳。可望挹注華固每股獲利約0.8元。
長虹建設對於其董事會決議的投資中國大陸湖北黃石住商開發案，長虹預估將在明年起進入規劃。

16歲女欲跳樓 父母勸阻警拉下

【曾伯愷、黃靖文／新北報導】新北市1名16歲少女，今天晚上7時許，不知何故情緒不穩，竟跑到其對面公寓大樓四樓頂女兒牆作勢跳樓，少女雙親驚見，連忙爬上勸阻無效，警消獲報到場協助安撫，只見女子情緒激動直喊「我不想活了」、「不要再過來」等話。
警方一面安撫並分散少女注意，約莫一小時後，趁隙一把將少女拉下，結束一場虛驚，事後警方調查少女輕生原因，但少女父親並不願多談，只是低調向警表示「都是我不好」等話。附近鄰居則說，這半年來經常聽到這家人發生爭吵。

由於台灣對於在2011年311大地震中受創嚴重的日本所提供的大量援助與支援，日本民間近年來對於台灣民眾所表達的感謝之情，相信只要曾經與日本友人接觸過的民眾都會感受特別明顯。而台灣民眾之所以會對日本提供大量的金錢援助，或許是出自於對日本的熟悉與親切而產生人溺己溺、人飢己飢的同情心，也更有可能是台灣民眾在遭逢921地震的重創之後，對於同樣是因為地震而造成的嚴重災害的日本有著更深刻的痛楚體會，也才會在第一時間伸出援手、提供大量的資金與援助。
