【葉國吏／綜合報導】《玩命關頭》(Fast and furious)系列男星保羅沃克身亡，傳出有死亡密碼。

香港《蘋果日報》報導，保羅沃克這次因車禍身亡，引發很多輿論，例如開車的司機是保羅的好朋友、兼高性能汽車店合伙人，他們是在賽車場上認識，對汽車更是相當熟悉，會高速撞上燈柱令人百思不解。

另外有網民指出，哀悼保羅沃克身亡的臉書專業，竟然在11月9日就創造，更說保羅沃克死亡的時間2013/11/30，全部數字加起來竟然湊巧就是代表死亡的11，被質疑保羅沃克的意外身亡，與神秘組織有關。

國際滑水暨寬板滑水總會（IWWF）11月25日至28日（當地時間）在智利首都聖地牙哥舉行會員大會，林廷祥代表台灣及亞太滑水暨寬板滑水總會再次獲選為國際總會副會長。

中華民國駐智利代表王明文代表政府祝賀林廷祥，為台灣人榮任世界體壇要職再創典範，並推崇林廷祥長期投入滑水運動的貢獻。

滑水運動於1920年代源自法國，台灣在1973年成立中華民國滑水協會後，正式成為世界滑水聯盟亞太區會員國。

林廷祥在2006至2009年擔任中華民國滑水暨寬板滑水協會第九屆理事長期間，除舉辦國內協會盃及全國盃滑水錦標賽外，積極朝國際拓展，相繼舉辦「2006年中華台北亞洲寬板滑水邀請賽」、「2007年中華台北國際寬板滑水公開賽」、「2008高雄國際滑水示範賽」。

2009年他更在各界期待聲中，完成「高雄世界運動會滑水比賽」，將台灣滑水活動推向國際舞台，廣獲各界肯定及好評。

林廷祥表示，今年滑水項目雖列入2020年夏季奧運候選名單但尚未確認，他要努力積極爭取滑水運動納入夏季奧運正式比賽項目。

2013年漢學博士論文獎11月30日在法蘭西學術院（College de France）舉行頒獎典禮，台灣女婿索丹尼以台灣棒球為題目的論文獲評審特別獎。

由中華民國駐法國代表處教育組、中法文教基金會與法國漢學研究學會合辦的漢學博士論文獎，艾克斯馬賽大學的索丹尼（Jerome Soldani）以「國家激情的製造－台灣棒球人類學」，獲得評審特別獎。

索丹尼以政治社會環境及球員個體等角度，探討台灣自日據時期引進棒球起，在國家社會所扮演的國家動員、建立多民族國家的特殊地位；並研析原住民兒童的加入與面臨的挑戰，以及在外界社會與挑戰下，球員的身分認同、道德約束、價值規範等種種面向。

他在得獎感言中表示，研究之初選擇棒球主題普遍被認為不嚴肅，但他的貢獻可能是讓大家逐漸了解這個主題在台灣的社會演變及國家認同所扮演的重要性。

身為台灣女婿的他，也特別感謝指導老師及家人的支持。今年的漢學博士論文獎已邁入第15屆，入選論文的作者都在2012學年通過口試。

因為今年入選的10篇論文水準極優，競爭激烈，評審最後決定將獎項頒予3位博士，即兩位首獎得主巴黎西區大學的波德（Sylvie Beaud）和高等社會科學院沛南（Judith Pernin）以及評審特別獎的索丹尼。

出席的2位得獎人波德與索丹尼的指導教授巴桐迪耶（Brigitte Baptandier）、達爾邦（SebastienDarbon）也都到場，分享獲獎人的喜悅。

中華民國教育部與中法文教基金會各提供1000歐元予得獎人以示鼓勵，並在駐法代表處頒獎。法國漢學博士論文獎15年來對鼓勵及推廣法國年輕學者了解台灣、從事漢學研究，以及強化台法漢學研究交流深具意義。

富蘭克林坦伯頓互利歐洲基金經理人菲利浦‧博吉瑞指出，歐洲企業營運槓桿較其他區域高，當總體經濟稍顯好轉，企業獲利將可明顯回升，提供歐股強勁爆發力。

富蘭克林投顧引述菲利浦‧博吉瑞（PhilippeBrugere-Trelat）看法表示，隨歐洲經濟復甦趨勢形成，歐洲企業全年獲利可望明顯高於原先預估數字，加上歐股評價持續提升，將支撐漲勢延續。

富蘭克林投顧表示，歐洲經濟正面臨轉捩點，各國政策逐步轉向經濟結構調整，有助於激勵企業投資、雇用人力的結構性改革，加強歐洲經濟復甦力道。預期歐洲經濟自谷底反彈，內需循環股可望優先受惠。

富蘭克林投顧指出，歐盟執委會11月初預估歐元區2014年經濟成長率將回到正成長1.1%，包括希臘在內等南歐國家明年皆可望迎接正成長；英國今明兩年經濟成長預估獲大幅調升，明年可望成長2.2%。

另外，英國央行同步上調經濟成長預估，且預期失業率在2015年第3季可望降至7%，可能較預期提前結束寬鬆貨幣政策；預料低利率環境將再延續約兩年，凸顯英國經濟復甦力道強勁，成為帶領歐洲景氣復甦領頭羊。
