柯文哲：民進黨內 各方現在都投鼠忌器

有意參選台北市長的台大醫師柯文哲上午表示，因為有明年五月黨主席選舉關係，民進黨內各方現在都投鼠忌器，不跟他談，也沒人敢表態支持他，也不願意去得罪任何人。他強調，要不是民進黨內有兩個太陽，各有盤算，戰略一貫的話都可以坐下來談，他認為到台北市長人選到明年五月黨主席選前，一定會解決。

臺灣電影近幾年拍了不少，有點過去新電影浪潮再起的味道，但除了魏德聖，其他許多導演作品裡似乎都少了新電影精神灌輸其中，這股精神是以議題為主軸，寫實為手段，將電影社會化的企圖。 金馬獎給"爸媽不在家"這麼大的肯定，就像種暗示:生命是生活的累積，當電影脫離了生活，就失去了生命。 "爸媽不在家"用四個角色表現出新加坡乃至多數華人中產階級身為社會主力所必須承受的問題，支薪ˋ受薪ˋ教育ˋ種族延伸出的壓力ˋ徬徨。當議題被隱藏起來，小人物卻備受其害，電影在接受討論時，社會價值於是產生。 "臺灣新電影精神被新加坡導演把握住了"，金馬獎的結論在我聽來是這意思。 就像我們保留了部分中華文化及美德，大陸文革掉了的，我們還收藏著，然而值得反省的是，當代臺灣電影為什麼得從外國找到自己過去的精神?我們是不是也革去了什麼價值? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 115.80.214.40

預算搭大省333在4000以內 挑了這幾隻 E2早期討論度很高，最近感覺很冷清 930w降價後討論提高 IN610沒跟到6900(可恨~PChome今天調價到9900~有沒有搞錯!!!) gsmart S1感覺不錯，還送皮套+8G記憶卡，不過大省折價太低，有點不划算XDDD ------------------------- 個人屬於輕度使用者 需求大概這幾隻都能滿足 不過天生貪小便宜 請板眾幫我挑隻CP值最高的 穩定性這種東西當然也要考慮 不過有時也蠻看重人品的 也歡迎大家推薦其他大省手機 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.253.178.163

雲林明年封井近期出現挖井熱

立委吳育昇今天上午在立法院內政委員會表示，雲林縣地層下陷嚴重，雲林縣政府公布列管11萬口水井，明年起水井沒有公布列管的就要封井，導致現在雲林縣打井業者生意接不完，不管需不需要，大家都搶著在明年列管前打一口井。

李鴻源表示，這件事情主管機關是經濟部，但他會提醒經濟部水利署注意這個問題的情況；針對雲林縣一窩鋒打井的狀況，他認為從打井業者管制比較容易，因為台灣打井業者就那幾家。
