 【蔡維歆╱台北報導】米可白前晚在公園看到一隻小白狗，由於天氣寒冷，小白狗冷到一直發抖，擔心主人找不到她，她陪狗等了一個多小時，等到天黑都等不到人來，決定要收養這隻狗。

她衝回家拿購物車想把狗狗帶回家，回頭卻看到一名中年男子出現，原來是狗的主人，她笑說：「我只好默默帶著我的菜籃離開，還被對方誇說很有愛心。」不過她卻因此罹患重感冒，不斷流鼻涕還一直咳嗽，前天錄影完後趕快掛急診看醫生，她表示：「吃完醫生開的感冒藥後，已經沒事了。」

【大陸中心／綜合報導】《明鏡新聞網》根據從北京獲得的消息，今獨家報導，中國中央前政法委書記周永康之所以遭到當局調查，是因為其政治野心巨大，甚至有人指控他曾計畫謀殺中國現任領導人習近平。
 
有人指控周永康涉嫌擬定4項不軌計畫，包括：一、將薄熙來推上位，並把他當成自己的傀儡控制。二、藉由控制薄熙來，周永康將進行「竊國計劃」，為家族竊取腐敗利益。三、他想取代江澤民，成為中國的「太上皇」。四、習近平確定成為黨領導人後，周永康疑似擬定謀殺習的計畫。

（中央社記者江明晏台北5日電）在智慧型裝置成長帶動下，台灣線上音樂用戶持續增加，全球一動與線上音樂業者Omusic攜手推出「Omusic 365天音樂超值包」，搶攻音樂加值商機。

全球一動表示，從2012年開始，全球音樂產業營收出現自1999年以來首次成長，原因在於授權數位音樂服務和數位音樂付費下載服務的成長。

根據IFPI 2013年數位音樂報告來看，音樂下載銷售是全球數位音樂的主要營收來源，占70%，年成長12%；隨著智慧型手機與行動寬頻上網普及，音樂串流服務隨之興起，消費者聽音樂的方式不再購買傳統CD，線上音樂逐漸成為消費者聆聽音樂的主流方式。

全球一動表示，「Omusic 365天音樂超值包」內含365天加贈45天線上音樂吃到飽服務，上市首波優惠，價格降為新台幣1600元，等於每日只要3.9元。1021205

【陳培煌╱台北報導】國人今年赴泰旅遊人數截至9月有近40萬人，鑑於泰國近日反政府示威活動不斷，加上跨年連假即將到來，我駐泰代表陳銘政上午在立法院外交委員會受訪表示，針對泰國旅遊警示，目前黃色（特別注意旅遊安全並檢討應否前往）是最適合，他呼籲國人赴泰旅遊時，盡量避免身著紅與黃顏色衣服，並不要前往集會遊行地點。

陳銘政強調，執政黨從10月開始在國會強推具爭議性的「特赦法案」，導致反政府抗議示威活動不斷，導致泰國觀光收入一個月就減少台幣近20億。駐處在第一線24小時觀察，並參考其他國家警示燈，隨時將泰國的情勢回報國內。

他說，今天是泰皇生日，泰國全國普天同慶，今天以前不會有什麼特別狀況。對於泰國後續情勢，陳表示，泰國從年初開始就有稻米典押等施政問題，一直發展到現在的示威遊行，預期未來政爭仍會持續，駐處會密切注意觀察。
