查毒勒索包小三 前警員二審判16年

【劉昌松／台北報導】桃園縣警局平鎮分局偵查隊前小隊長黃子龍，不但將查毒認識的女毒販杜廣敏納為「小三」，還多次利用職權，向毒販勒索收賄共55萬元，高院今天依貪污等罪判他徒刑16年，褫奪公權6年。至於杜女和外甥女胡佩君分別因販毒被判刑9年、4年半徒刑。本案還可上訴。 原本一審認定已婚現被停職的黃子龍，在2005年到2009年間，共收賄205萬元，判刑20年，但上訴高院後，法官認為其中部分犯行只有單一毒販指控，證據不足改判無罪，最後只剩下利用查緝毒品案件的機會，以追捕過程中被撞壞偵防車為由，向毒蟲勒索修車費，另外幫毒蟲掉包尿液樣本，前後共收賄55萬元，改輕判16年徒刑。 另外黃在查緝杜女和男友販毒案時，因杜女不滿黃答應少報毒品數量卻沒做到，2人在爭執糾纏之際竟生情意，同居並生下1女，等黃被檢舉涉貪後，杜女和外甥女胡佩君販毒勾檔才被一併查獲。 【更多新聞，請看《蘋果陪審團》粉絲團】

氣溫偏涼 空氣品質不佳

中央氣象局表示，北台灣今天一整天偏涼，南台灣早晚涼、白天舒適；全台空氣品質這兩天不佳，外出建議攜帶口罩。
中央氣象局說，今天持續是東北季風影響的天氣，早晚氣溫較低，今天清晨各地低溫約攝氏15到17度。
氣象局表示，白天高溫預計和昨天差不多，北部及東北部約18到19度，中南部及花東則約20到25度，整體來說北台灣一整天偏涼，南台灣早晚涼、白天舒適。
氣象局指出，全台各地雲量偏多，迎風面的東半部地區有短暫雨，北部地區及中南部地區也會有局部性的短暫雨；不過，下雨的時間和量值不大，多數時間是多雲到陰的天氣。
此外，氣象局說，全台各地這兩天空氣品質不佳，外出建議攜帶口罩，也請有呼吸道系統疾病及容易過敏的民眾，還有抵抗力較弱的長者及幼童，盡量避免在戶外從事劇烈活動。
氣象局表示，東北季風影響期間，海邊的風浪較大，前往海邊活動請注意安全。
