瓜地馬拉政府表示，參謀總長奧蒂茲（Rudy Ortiz）與另外4名軍官今天搭乘直升機時發生墜機意外，他們5人全數罹難。

直升機墜毀在維維特南戈省（Huehuetenango）山區，此處正是毒梟活動的地方。

國防部長羅培茲（Manuel Lopez）說，奧蒂茲等人當時正在執行例行視察任務。

聖保羅大學調查指出，巴西成年人在過去6年最常做的運動是步行（18%）、練肌肉和體操（11.2%），之後才是踢足球（7.2%）。

研究員係參考衛生部2006至2012年間，在巴西各大首府及聯邦特區抽樣調查訪問5萬4000名18歲以上民眾，主要參與的運動。

研究員相信，踢足球人數減少的主因是，適合踢球的空間減少，且沒有時間也沒有同伴一起玩。

步行是最簡單的運動，所以最多人參與；而練肌肉和體操之成為大眾化的選擇，則是因為民眾購買力提高，且健身房數量增加。

雖然如此，研究員德薩（Thiago Herick de Sa）表示，踢足球人數減少，練肌肉和體操人數增加，不等於原本踢足球的人改成上健身房。

調查還指出，半數受訪者在閒暇時不做任何運動；運動者中，男性占60%。

研究員認為，巴西人運動項目不夠多元化，反映出缺乏促進體育活動和運動的國家政策。(中央社)

一隊航海員近日拍下了一條虎鯨襲擊海獅的過程，壯觀的場面令人不禁感嘆虎鯨力量之偉大。

環球網據英國《鏡報》報導，影片顯示，這條海獅因害怕被虎鯨發現而藏在船下緩緩游動，不料，小船漸漸駛離，海獅失去了船影的遮擋，立即被虎鯨發現。虎鯨隨即襲擊了這頭海獅，甚至用尾巴將其扔出海面高達6公尺，威力不禁令人膽寒。

事實上，黑糖是由甘蔗加工而來，甘蔗的性味甘寒，功用可以除熱潤燥、止渴消痰，甘蔗汁是夏日最清涼解暑飲料，如果將甘蔗汁與去皮的荸薺混合，是清肺熱養胃陰的夏日點心，對於容易口乾舌燥、便秘或皮膚乾燥脫屑、泛紅搔癢的患者，更是很好的食療。
然而，當甘蔗被榨汁，減壓濃縮、結晶乾燥後製成黑糖，性味就變得溫潤甘甜，有潤心肺、
暖肝氣、補血除瘀等效用，是冬日最佳的健康食材。賴郁凱表示，黑糖溫潤甘甜，可以搭配辛辣的老薑，能袪風散寒，卻不會燥熱傷陰，若有鼻塞、頭痛症狀，
還能添加茶葉、蔥，熬煮成薑蔥茶，對於鼻塞、頭痛亦有不錯的緩解效果。

中央氣象局指出，鋒面漸離天氣趨穩，各地多為多雲到晴天氣，中午前後高溫約在33℃至35℃。
