耶誕節假期結束、美股周四開盤因能源股帶動下再見漲勢，道瓊與S&P 500指數再創新高，而台股只差16點即可越過今年高點8,501點，估計今天可以順利創新高，因此下周指數區間上移至8,300～8,650點。

台新投顧董事長吳火生指出，近期美股是以緩步推升方式向上走升，這使得道瓊與S&P500在今年分別是第50次與第40次創新高，台股跟隨呈緩步攻堅，上市與上櫃OTC指數昨天收盤都創下2011年8月3日美債危機的最高，尤其OTC盤中創新高，估計「中小型股優於大型股」仍是今天的盤面表現。

外資動態上，由於外資仍在假期中，外資交易金額相當小，方向上也以「避險」操作為主，而周四美股開盤並見不錯的漲勢，估計外資應在今天見積極，不過估計配合1月6日現股當沖交易制度的開始，估計至此時在台的外資才正式啟動新年度操作，因此下周的台股估計仍由內資控盤，因量能不足下走勢為緩步攻堅，不過可見到的是融資餘額已增至1,942億元，顯示人氣逐步回籠，因此指數區間估計由8,300~8,500點上移至8,300~8,650點。

類股上，中央銀行利率對現行貨幣政策均未做調整，只說會對豪宅金檢，因此須留意營建股走勢，另外，行政策通過自由經濟示範區特別條例，估計對第一階段受惠的生醫、物流、金融表現有所助益；而新台幣13貶共4.3角、貶幅1.45%，這對電子業來說將出現可觀的匯兌利益，尤其是低基期的太陽能、LED等類股助益不小，都是可以留意的族群。此外，鋼鐵股因大陸在11月對粗鋼減產，加上寶鋼開盤價是平盤價而非跌價，有利鋼鐵股轉強，投資人不妨留意的是不鏽鋼族群。

而下周的台股因跨入新年度，除了留意外資逐日歸隊，周一有摩台指結算，估計因近期外資操作保守，摩台指結算無關現貨勝負，選股上除了短線留意上述族群，亦可觀察中長線的看好的宅經濟、生醫與F股等類股。

　　則f(x)=b^2-b+1
　　　　 =(b-1/2)^2+3/4
　　&becaus; -1&lE;x&lE;1
　　∴ (1/2)&lE;b&lE;2
　　故f(x)之　最大值=2
　　　　　　 最小值=1/2　#
