小弟也曾待過書店，大約民國92年的時候待過一年(還敢自稱小弟)，後來又在不同行業的門市六年，現在轉內勤，我只能說這是服務業常態，一直都沒有改變過。 而且你沒在門市不知道大多服務業的門市休假一直都少於勞基法，工時都多於勞基法，內規嚴格於勞基法，然後內勤呢？一切都照勞基法甚至優於勞基法，你怎不想想你在見紅放的時候門市辛苦的在加班？ 當然小弟(還在小弟)以前在門市有更多時候是自願加班幫店內夥伴，不管是活動或是突然Rush，這是責任感，這種不給加班費也是應該的，畢竟是自願，但是像是年終盤點或是耶展這種苦差事真的要給加班費比較合理，只是…不然這樣好了，你就蒐集證據去檢舉吧，勞委會查證屬實會重罰三到六萬的 ----- Sent from JPTT on my LGE Nexus 4. -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 180.207.170.73
