【李姿慧／台北報導】台鐵宣布，為配合交通部鐵工局「花東線鐵路電氣化工程」施工需要，台鐵樹林─台東606次莒光號1月6日起至3月31日止，逢周一至周四停駛，改開行樹林→花蓮間610次莒光號，開行時刻與606次相同，特定因素除外，花蓮到台東間則改以公路客運接駁旅客。

另為辦理「高雄地下化延伸鳯山計畫C411標大順路橋-青年路段臨時軌工程」，1月2日跨3日、1月8日跨9日將進行切換作業，施工期間單線運轉，將影響3237次車，預估延誤約13分鐘。民眾可上網址：http://www.railway.gov.tw及各車站公告查詢。

自2014年1月1日起，科羅拉多州與華盛頓州將成為美國首個能合法販賣娛樂用大麻的州，2州的大麻愛用者已開始倒數計時等開賣。

大麻種植者也摩拳擦掌，希望美國其他州跟進。稅務人員則期待這項新合法的產業能帶來新稅收。

娛樂公司甚至將提供大麻之旅，招攬對荷蘭式大麻文化以及科州有名滑雪度假有興趣的民眾。

大麻供應商Telluride Bud公司的拉利（AdamRaleigh）日前表示：「過去1個月，我每天收到約4到6封電子郵件及5到10通電話，詢問大麻法以及何時能規劃滑雪搭配大麻的行程。」

醫療用大麻在美國19州已經合法並受到管制，部分案例已獲准20年。在這19州中的多數州，私下使用大麻並不被視為犯罪。

不過科州與華州要創造大麻娛樂市場，當局將監督大麻的種植與經銷，這些都將合法，人們未來能為了享樂而使用大麻。

追蹤及公布大麻產業數據的Arcview市場研究表示，大麻市場商機驚人，納入科州與華州娛樂用大麻後，市場將從2013年醫療用大麻14億美元擴大到2014年的23.4億美元，成長幅度高達64%。

科州與華州2012年11月透過公投，使娛樂用大麻合法，但允許商店販賣大麻的法規自2014年1月1日起才生效。
