小弟的蝴蝶s買了五個月後，送修第二次。這次是內液晶破損，但螢幕卻沒損壞，工程 師說是擠壓到的狀況才會產生的狀況，出現一條大黑線，但不影響使用，送修原廠後 他說要換整組液晶，因為也是第一次出現這種狀況，工程師告知我說他朋友也放在口袋 坐下來螢幕沒壞，裡面液晶裂掉。 當下感覺很差，因為放在口袋會裂掉，真的很恐怖。 換整組原價6800，保固內優惠5500。 如果小弟回絕換螢幕，如果再送給神腦維修，又得送回原廠，會不會被拒修？ 不過使用五個月後送修兩次的htc品牌真的感覺很差。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.171.164.212

墾丁悠活 再爆侵占國有保安林

墾丁悠活麗緻度假中心3到6區違規經營被停業，縣府火速審查打算讓它就地合法，才被環保團體抨擊，現在又被踢爆佔用國有財產署的保安林地，總共有4塊，面積0.2公頃。

國有財產署說，其實悠活去年6月就被查獲佔用國土，當時已拆除所有地上物，沒想到竟然又死灰復燃！

遊客們躺在椰子樹下，悠閒地聽著萬里桐的浪濤聲，小朋友也在爸爸媽媽的陪伴下坐上吊床，在沙灘上嬉戲，一旁還有沙灘排球的設施，甚至還有電影「少年pi的奇幻漂流」在這兒拍攝的立牌廣告，這一大片被悠活渡假村拿來做為遊憩廣場的地方，被踢爆，全是國有財產署的保安林地。

屏東環保聯盟理事長洪光祥：「國有保安林也都被伐除，只剩幾棵椰子樹及幾棵大葉欖仁，本來應該是防風、防海浪侵襲的。」林務局人員：「後面這塊沙灘都是。」

林務局人員現場勘查，要看看到底被佔用的國土，面積有多大，對照這空照圖，地號799及800等，總共有4塊，大約0.2公頃的土地被佔用。國有財產署屏東主任黃耀光：「他是不可以這樣使用，這樣屬於佔用國土的行為。」

國有財產署說，悠活飯店佔用國土，去年6月就已查獲，並且自行拆除所有地上物，沒想到勘查過後，現在，又死灰復燃。屏東環保聯盟理事長洪光祥：「不單只是長期污染珊瑚、海洋生態，他對於國土利用也是侵占，而且毫無悔意。」

悠活渡假村3到6區未通過環評違規經營被停業後，縣府在146天火速審查後，打算讓他就地合法，引起環保團體不滿，現在又被踢爆佔用國有林地，業者卻不願對外說明。
