題目：
寫一個VB遞迴函式，功能是可對輸入字串進行組合。
例如：「combinat('abcd',2)」所傳回的字串矩陣是 ab,ac,ad,bc,bd,cd........
此字串矩陣的每一列代表從輸入字串任取兩個字元時，所有可能的組合。

日月光K7廠去年十月因排放汙水至後勁溪，十二月遭環保局勒令停工，監察委員錢林慧君、趙榮耀十三日南下高雄市環保局了解日月光案處理過程，聽取環保局簡報稽查、裁罰、停工經過後，下午轉往後勁溪探勘汙染情況。

埃及今明兩天舉行憲法公投，美聯社報導，遭罷黜總統穆希所屬穆斯林兄弟會的支持者與安全部隊及反穆希團體發生零星衝突，造成11人喪生。美國對爆發公投暴力表示關切。

法新社報導，安全官員表示，今天大部分投票所投票都很順利。

在民眾發動大規模抗議反對穆希（Mohamed Mursi）統治，導致軍方去年7月3日將他罷黜後，這是埃及首次舉行投票。投票開始前，首都開羅傳出爆炸，但沒有人傷亡。

大多數人相信埃及人將踴躍投票，並在今、明兩天的公投投下贊成票，為軍方所挺政府設定的政治路線圖立下重要里程碑。

這次公投也可能為軍方領袖塞西（Abdel Fatahal-Sisi）參選總統鋪路。分析家說，公投也成為檢視塞西支持度的指標。塞西的海報目前在開羅四處可見。
