標題[問題] 最低工資?

想請教一下大家 如果應徵一份工作 他最低工資是由全勤獎金,餐費和薪資組成大概20000左右 如果請假的話就會按照比例發給全勤獎金部份 這樣有違反勞基法嗎 因為請假是勞工權益 請假全勤獎金沒了就低於最低工資應該有違法的疑慮吧... 謝謝 ps:公司是面板廠 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.47.128.157

竹科人 兩成網路成癮

中廣新聞網 – 據台大醫院新竹分院的調查，發現竹科人近兩成有網路成癮。醫師表示，網路成癮已成為新興流行病，美國精神醫學列入亟需研究關注的課題；而網路成癮的民眾，如果無法上網則會出現焦慮、易怒或是憂鬱的徵侯。(彭清仁報導) 台大醫院新竹分院醫師陳頌威表示，去年和倫敦大學學院流行病學研究所合作，在竹科對兩千五百五十名工程師進行調查，發現十八％可能有網路成癮。陳頌威表示，「網路成癮」是一種新興流行病，已被美國精神醫學列入亟需研究關注的課題，和酒癮或菸癮相近，患者會過度使用網路，甚至忽視吃喝或睡眠，無法上網時會出現焦慮、易怒或憂鬱等徵侯，上網時間越來越長，甚至因網路而影響人際、學業或職業功能。 也有已婚的婦女在診間主述時落淚哭泣，由於丈夫是工程師，每天回家就上網玩線上遊戲或是聊天室，甚至就連外出遊玩或是用餐也是低頭族，讓妻子倍受冷落而產生憂鬱症。陳頌威醫師也以調查數據指出，全球網路成癮盛行率最高的地方，就在網路最普及的東亞。南韓有十到二十％、台灣有十到十八％、大陸有八到十九％，工程師有高學歷、資訊力強、上網時間長等特質，剛好是網路成癮的危險因子，青少年的成癮率一般也偏高。醫師也提醒，網路成癮恐導致憂鬱、焦慮或失眠等精神問題，還可能造成肌肉骨骼、眼睛疾病，甚至久坐引發心血管疾病或猝死，呼籲民眾上網務必節制。

新北裕隆「男模射手」呂政儒19日首節就發飆，周柏臣更是攻下本季新高27分，但都沒辦法幫助球隊贏球，讓兩人賽後神情都相當疲憊。
「很悶啊，球隊近況那麼差，輸球一定笑不出來的。」呂政儒說。
此役面對狀況同樣跌到谷底的台北達欣，呂政儒開局就發飆，第1節獨得10分，全場飆進本季次高的4記三分球，以18分作收。
周柏臣力抗達欣洋將歐克薩（Reggie Okosa），自己還攻下全場最高27分、7籃板，「大家都知道這場很重要，很想在過年前拚一場勝利，但真的很可惜。」他說。
裕隆輸球後，戰績11勝12敗，暫居第4名，被同日贏球的台灣啤酒拉開1場勝差，領先第5名的達欣1.5場，季後賽卡位戰，農曆年後正式展開。

不甩柯文哲、連勝文 傳沈富雄將加入台北市長戰局

外傳前立委沈富雄有意以無黨籍身分參選台北市長，雖本人未予證實，但他語帶玄機表示，對這場選舉「非常關注」，如果這次選舉最後是在連勝文及柯文哲兩人作選擇，「我會難以釋懷」。
沈富雄接受《聯合報》訪問，作上述表示。
台大醫師柯文哲昨日宣布，2月17日起正式向台大請假，全力投入市長選戰。
台北市經發會副總召連勝文近來公開活動愈來愈多，參選態度漸趨明朗。連勝文說，「希望可以追隨大家一起努力，為這個國家奮鬥。」

【許逸民／澎湖報導】擁有大果葉柱狀玄武岩、小門鯨魚洞、二崁聚落等多處自然和人文美景的澎湖縣西嶼鄉，推動觀光之餘，也希望有留住遊客來掏錢的產業，在與澎湖科技大學合作後，研發出以當地特有的白膜花生、洛神花等農漁產品食材，做出糕點、壽司、泡菜，甚至魚酥等食品，要來PK淡水魚酥和台南蝦餅。就連夜市的射擊遊戲，也成為留住遊客的選項之一。 西嶼鄉公所表示，希望將觀光與食品相輔相成，結合民間力量，讓觀光產業更豐富。負責研發的澎科大副教授胡俊傑說，西嶼鄉的材料豐富，利用當季盛產的食材，就能包裝出黃金產品。
