東爪哇火山爆發 滯留印尼台客返國

受到印尼東爪哇火山爆發影響，中華航空公司一架客機被迫滯留印尼泗水機場兩天，部分旅客也滯留當地一至兩天無法離境。

火山灰散去之後，華航15日飛往泗水的班機如期出發，連同滯留的航機，兩架飛機16日先後從泗水經新加坡返回桃園機場，其中一架空機飛渡，另一架滿載三百名旅客。

一名前往當地出差的旅客表示，15日到達泗水機場後發現所有飛機停飛，只有在機場附近旅館過夜，延誤一天才回台；據他的觀察，火山爆發對泗水影響有限，居民並沒有安全顧慮。

60惡少打1人 竟嗆「我爸是警察」

新北市一名警察之子，日前為了5000元修車費，與朋友撕破臉，竟率眾盯哨找麻煩，趁對方落單時，50、60名手持棍棒、刀械的青少年，群起攻擊同一人，一路從大街打進超商，離譜案件，警方徹查一個半月，卻只函送一名涉案少年，受害家長忍不住開罵，警方延誤辦案。

這可不是在拍電影，元旦晚間10點多，新北市三峽驚見一大票青少年，殺氣騰騰當街追砍，目標鎖定這名，衝進超商避難的霍姓少年。

小小超商，瞬間擠進50、60人，有人亮出西瓜刀，有人拿棍棒、安全帽，尋仇般的將人往死裡打，無辜女店員簡直嚇壞了，護著頭驚恐尖叫，身旁遭受猛烈攻擊的少年，身中7刀倒臥血泊，在醫院一躺就是一星期，身上縫了上百針。

新北市三峽派出所長莊黎郎：「當事人因為修車的問題，有發生糾紛，所以心生不滿所以召集一些人，去等霍姓被害人下樓。」

兩造結怨，只是為了5000元的修車費，已經夠讓受害少年的家長傻眼，沒想到員警徹查一個半月，卻只函送了一個人。

新北市三峽派出所長莊黎郎：「人員的騎乘車輛，大部分有先用物品，來遮住車牌，主嫌到案以後也矢口否認涉案，所以案件有拖得比較長一點。」

聲源：少年父親：「（警方）他們很像愛理不理的，而且還跟我講說，我兒子這是一件小事情啦，他們真的太輕忽這個事情了，噢那個小孩這樣鬥毆，拿著刀追著一個人在砍，這已經是社會上，非常大的動亂。」

警方解釋，不是怠慢也不是不辦，而是案發後，先等受害少年出院作筆錄，已經用掉一週時間，接著找到行兇少年作筆錄，又整整花了2週時間，案件移送偵查隊，資料不齊得再補強證據，才會一路拖到年後。

警方辦案慢如牛步，受害少年家長懷疑內情不單純，因為行兇少年有個當警察的父親。

聲源：少年父親：「他們真的太輕忽這個事情了，你知道我看了那個錄影帶，我都嚇了一跳，噢那個小孩這樣鬥毆，拿著刀追著一個人在砍，這已經是社會上，非常大的動亂。」

受害少年的阿公，也曾服務警界，還是鑑識專家李昌鈺博士的同學。兩造雙方都有警察背景，偵辦案件的三峽分局強調，辦案過程絕無來自警界壓力，案件也沒超過刑訴法2個月調查期限。不過市警局督察認為，員警辦案不夠積極，狀況外的分局長，得為此負責，先記申誡一支。

近日墨西哥一對夫婦為他們的新生兒取名為「Facebook」，可能大家心裡會想，Facebook的影響真的有那麼大嗎？為小孩取名「Facebook」，不但有點「特別」，更有可能讓小孩長大後，成朋友間的恥笑對象。

但其實「Facebook」這個名字，不但影響小孩的心智成長，日後更有可能觸犯法例。墨西哥政府可能注意到這個問題的存在，因此成立了一項新的聯邦法例，為了保護兒童免受嘲笑及欺負，禁止父母取名檔案中的61個不同的名稱，其中包括「Facebook」、「Rambo」、「Juan Panties」、「Lady Di」等等。法例將於星期一起開始生效。(BGR)

台灣人依賴手機 居亞太之冠

隨著時代進步，智慧型手機真的是愈來愈難離開手邊。根據Google調查台灣人的手機使用習慣發現，不但有高達81%的使用者出門一定會帶手機，還有超過80%的人每天都會透過手機上網，而其中最常使用的就是即時通訊、社群軟體以及網路搜尋等，對手機的依賴程度高居亞太之冠。

Google在2013年公布了台灣人使用智慧型手機習慣的調查，發現台灣智慧手機的普及程度不但高達50%，勝過日本，還有超過八成的使用者出門一定會隨身攜帶手機，而且隨著電信廠商不斷推出更低廉的行動上網費用，加上中低智慧機的市場發展，台灣智慧型手機的普及在今年仍呈現高度成長。

中華電信曾委託輔仁大學統計資訊系調查團隊，希望能了解消費者對3G行動上網的實際情況。調查發現，超過56%的台灣使用者每天花超過半小時使用手機，更有約22%的人超過2小時以上，相對於國外，美國人平均每天使用手機的時間則是58分鐘。

Google的調查更指出，超過93%台灣的使用者會透過手機連結社群網路，愛分享的頻率也位居亞洲第3，高達41%。調查也認為，男性使用智慧型手機是為了與社群間的成員互動，而女性則大多是為了社交生活、抒發心情，因此較容易產上感情上的依賴，在使用行動上網的比率上高於男性。
