全球債市規模突破100兆美元大關

國際清算銀行（BIS）9日發布的最新資料顯示，全球債券市場的規模急遽擴張，估計去年已達100兆美元，但自從金融危機爆發以來，跨境放款有漸減之勢。

有「央行中的央行」之稱的BIS發布截止去年中的統計數據，債券發行規模達100兆美元，遠高於2007年中的70兆美元，以各國政府為最大發行者。

公共債務證券在2013年6月達到43兆美元，比2007年中高約80%。非金融公司發行債券的成長速度相近，儘管整體規模較小。

BIS指出，自從2008年金融危機發生後，借款方式改變，透過債市融資的案例增多，銀行放款減少。由於金融業減少放貸並選擇更多的槓桿操作，各國政府依各自需求發債，以提振經濟並紓困金融業。

BIS指出，通常會放款給國際市場的金融業授信遲滯，已衝擊全球債券的跨境投資。跨境投資人持有的債券在其準備資產或投資組合的占比降低，由2007年初的約29%，降至2012 年末的26%。

官網直播當機 球迷大不滿 中華職棒官網CPBLTV.COM線上網路直播昨正式上路，但第1天轉播熱身賽就凸搥！不是看 不到比賽畫面，就是太多人看連不上網，引起球迷不滿在網路留言說：「這樣的品質不如 不要做！」 昨天2場熱身賽下午5時05分開打，但比賽開打時，中職官網上根本看不到轉播畫面，連文 字轉播也沒有。直到比賽進行到第2局才陸陸續續有文字轉播，到下午5時50分左右才逐漸 正常。 至於球迷期待看到的網路轉播，聯盟負責網路的工作人員經過1個多小時處理網路問題後 ，約下午6時可以看得到獅、犀牛之戰，但可能是網站流量過大，有的人看得到，有的人 完全連不上線，另一場象、桃猿之戰則根本沒畫面。 鑑於昨天2場是官辦熱身賽，沒畫面、文字轉播也不順暢，獅隊看不過去，比賽中途還跳 出來在球團官網作文字轉播。 負責轉播官辦熱身賽的博斯運動網，比賽期間轉播過程與畫面都相當順利，所以中職官網 看不到比賽畫面，應是自身網路的問題。 球迷對昨天在中職官網的畫面與文字轉播相當不滿，有人上網留言說：「這樣品質的線上 轉播不如不要作。」也有人說：「兩光網路直播，上路前都不會先作測試嗎？」 http://www.chinatimes.com/newspapers/20140309000620-260111 -- 鍵盤醫生:天天一酸酸 健康就會UPUP 請持之以恆 不要偷懶 酸天酸地 無所不酸 天大地大 酸民最大 今天你酸了沒?? 天生萬物以養人 人有一酸以報天 酸 酸 酸 酸 酸 酸 酸 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.44.5.57 ※ 編輯: best2008 來自: 114.44.5.57 (03/09 13:53)

之前有去燙上直下捲（本身有自然卷） 燙的時候有聽到設計師說 上面直的部分幫我燙表面，裡面不燙 這樣會直的比較自然不會塌跟貼貼的 後來給別家洗頭 設計師吹整時問我怎麼表面直髮根捲XD 我就跟他解釋了一下 結果他說 雖然這樣做會比較不塌沒錯 但是會比較毛，不好整理 自己又沒辦法像在髮廊一樣仔細吹直 我想一想也覺得我頭頂是很毛沒錯，頭頂的短髮會亂翹 所以我應該去補燙我的髮根嗎？ 還是亂翹其實是髮質的問題？ 我是真的比較想要好整理一點o_O ----- Sent from JPTT on my Samsung SM-N900. -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 36.224.84.189

標題[閒聊] 朴修夏跟都敏俊

像我這樣被歧視羞辱，還有哪些權益我沒有著想到的呢?

事情是這樣子的:
某天我搭乘國內某客運，上車時我出示身心障礙手冊並詢問司機這樣子半票價格是多少錢?
於是司機問我那是什麼? 因為當時車上乘客幾乎滿載，我為了自己的隱私沒有說那是身心障礙手冊，於是親手遞給了司機請他看。
結果司機把我的手冊拿走，還反問我那是什麼啊?(態度非常不好)
我說: 你看啊?
司機回: 對啊! 那是什麼啊? 說啊?? 說啊??(他刻意要我在當眾面前說出那是身心障礙手冊以羞辱我)，我因為隱私的關係沒有說出口。
結果司機居然很刻意的羞辱我並當著所有車上的乘客說:
殘障喔?! 是殘障喔?!! 就是殘障啊!! 那個就是殘障啊!!(語氣越來越大聲，疾言厲色的眼神看著我，態度非常惡劣)。
