防沉迷手機 韓政府推遊戲宵禁

南韓擁有世界上數一數二快的網速，不管是電腦還是智慧型手機都一樣，不管男女老少幾乎人手都有一隻智慧型手機。但由於不少民眾相當依賴智慧型手機，南韓政府因此訂出新規定，將針對16歲以下的青少年實施手機遊戲「宵禁」政策。
根據《Popular Science》報導，現今南韓人民有70%的人都在用智慧型手機，再加上推行5G手機網路，讓下載影音變得更加便利，連智慧型手機都可以當作信用卡、學生證及電子錢包使用。南韓人對智慧型手機的依賴程度之高，連國中高中導師都得在課堂開始前沒收全班的手機，才能專心上課。
南韓學生不少人有智慧型手機上癮症，每5位學生中就有一位每天用手機時間超過7小時。政府為了杜絕青少年太過沉迷手機，因此打算強制推行對未滿16歲的手機網路遊戲玩家實施宵禁政策，禁止他們在午夜後還能繼續玩遊戲，目前有關當局正在研究如何將這個政策推行出去。

「桌要好用，椅要好坐。」現代人的生活步調愈趨快速，即使在時時充滿著便利的家中，也要樣樣講求效率，如果一件為生活而誕生的物品只是徒增使用者的煩惱，那就算不上是一個好設計了。
拿簡單的三角衣架為例，一般人最討厭的，莫過於上頭金屬掛勾，使用時既危險又佔空間。來自拉脫維亞的設計組合 Georg Dwalischwili 和 Janis Karklins，發揮他們工業設計與產品開發的底子，設計了一款「Cliq」無勾衣架，讓衣服輕鬆吊掛不費力。
不過既然號稱「無勾」，那該如何掛在衣桿上呢？原來，他們想到將一種強力磁鐵裝設在三角衣架上端，運用磁鐵強大的磁力作用，使衣架就能輕易吸附在一般常見的金屬衣桿，如此不只吊掛衣服時方便，也再不用忍受如虎克船長般的武器攻擊了。
「Cliq」的便利吊衣法不但新潮，它的實用性，還獲得了 2014 年德國紅點設計大獎的肯定呢！
這款一體成形的磁吸式衣架，除去了惱人的金屬勾，讓衣服能輕鬆一件件歸位外，裡頭的磁鐵作用，還能使衣架在衣桿上維持適當的距離而不致於凌亂。而每個衣架最大能承受 2 公斤，對大衣重量來說也很足夠。（Photo credit：Janis Karklins）
也許一些人會質疑，像「Cliq」衣架如此不用掛的方式，難保不會有掉下來的一天（雖然設計師保證至少能使用 10 年），那麼，不妨參考看看另一款，由德國 Christine Herold 及 Katharina Ganz 兩位設計師所推出的「Birds in a Row」造型衣架吧。
「Birds in a Row」顧名思義，就是排成一列的鳥兒。所以這款衣架的造型，仿造小鳥棲息在電線上的模樣，讓衣服可直接懸掛其木製鳥嘴勾上；當然，帽子、袋子或傘等常用的配件，同樣能掛於上頭，省去了三角衣架的空間，其機能性也讓使用者著裝更為便利。
減少傳統三角衣架和樹枝桿式衣架會被勾到的困擾，運用可愛的鳥嘴造型夾勾，夾於特製的衣桿 上，鳥嘴勾會以固定 45 度的角度，讓衣物懸掛穩定，夾勾也可隨意調整距離，方便空間利用。此外，衣桿還能自由選擇裝上木腳站立或用懸吊方式擺放。（Photo credit：Christine Herold & Katharina Ganz）
