　　Garena 台灣競舞娛樂《英雄聯盟》營運團隊今日發表聲明，表示非常遺憾昨日北捷所發生的傷亡事件，誠心地為傷逝的朋友們哀悼，同時希望受到傷害的朋友們都能夠早日康復。針對部份媒體影射《英雄聯盟》與行兇者行為有關一事，發表公開聲明。希望家長們和玩家們能對線上遊戲有正確的認識。

【以下內容為官方提供公開聲明】

1.《英雄聯盟》為台灣第一的線上遊戲，註冊玩家已超過數百萬。我們相信這些玩家中絕對包含了許多奉公守法、對社會付出愛心的人士。這些玩家對於社會的貢獻，絕非單一個案可以抹滅的。同時，《英雄聯盟》長期以來致力於提供玩家優質且良性的競爭互動，2012年，台北暗殺星更是勇奪《英雄聯盟》的世界冠軍，為台灣的電競歷史寫下輝煌紀錄，並創造了一股良性的電競風潮。

立法院法定會期五月底結束。立法院長王金平今天下午召集黨團協商，朝野達成共識，本會期將不延會，但自6月13日起召開第一次臨時會，處理考監人事案；國民黨團另要求處理兩岸協議監督條例及自由經濟示範區特別條例等案。

王金平表示，朝野協商決定6月13日上午先召開談話會，隨後召開三星期的臨時會，將依序處理考試院、監察院人事同意權案，以及其他議案。

對於國民黨團希望兩岸服貿協議及示範區條例等案能在臨時會過關，民進黨團總召柯建銘反嗆：「大白天也不要做白日夢！」

台北捷運殺人事件，造成乘客人心惶惶，各界關切如何提升捷運安全，前警察大學犯罪防治學系教授、人事行政總處人事長黃富源表示，除了增加警力之外，也可以思考設置金屬探測器的必要性。

對於各界關切是否增加捷運警察人力，維護安全，黃富源強調，增加警察人力不代表就是增加警力。

黃富源解釋，警力是要由警察配槍，透過彈性的勤務調度，達到治安防禦的效果，像是一個配槍的警察，與十個沒配槍的警察，就會差很多，「要配置多少人、如何配置都須僅過縝密規畫。」

他並說，若捷運中出現歹徒，警察第一時間要制服也不容易，因此，設置「金屬探測器」在第一時間就預防，或許是個方法。

黃富源說，金屬探測器可以設在各個捷運站出入口，或者進出口閘門，雖然短時間內設置金屬探測器可能比較貴，但長期來看，不見得會比增加警力所需要的錢還要多。

黃富源也說，若增加警力，應該配合彈性的勤務調度，哪一個時段要配置多少警力，都應該納入思考。

黃富源舉例說，像是晚上雖然比較危險，但是，乘客可以集中在夜間安全車廂，這時候警力可能一人就夠；至於，通勤時間，乘客雖較多，但歹徒也因此比較無法施展，所以，可能選擇乘客人數不多也不少，而能施展的時間，這時警力配置就要較多。

台南市議員謝龍介今天在議會上質詢市長賴清德，指賴曾以政治生命保證前民進黨秘書長吳乃仁、前立委洪奇昌清白，如今吳判刑9月、洪無罪，要求賴清德願賭服輸，辭去市長職務。賴清德反嗆，「你也說過如果判有罪，你要辭，你有氣魄先辭」。

結果謝龍介辭職，但賴清德沒辭。下午台南市議會研議，依台南市議會組織自治條例第六條，議員辭職，應以書面提出，送達議會後即行生效。因此謝龍介今起解除議員職務，且不遞補。
