捷運施工釀塌陷　瓦斯外漏急搶救

【陳冠宇／台北報導】今天凌晨2時許，台北市復興北路往南方向，南京東路至朱崙街路段，因捷運施工導致地基掏空，造成路面有些微塌陷，使得該路段瓦斯管線崩裂，進而有瓦斯外洩的情形發生，警消獲報後至現場拉起封鎖線，並佈水線警戒，避免人車經過會有危險。

由於現場瓦斯味濃厚，工程人員緊急關閉管線並施工搶救，由於作業所需時間目前難以預估，若拖延至上班時間勢必影響交通，用路人若須行經該路段，恐怕得提早出門。

韓聯社報導，根據顧能公司（Gartner）的統計，去年南韓當地的高階智慧手機平均售價為643.3美元，在調查的48個國家和地區中高居第二，僅次於香港的814...人口預估到年底前可望超過4,000萬，目前所有手機用戶中有74%左右使用智慧手機。

美國管很大　又傳監聽38國使館

【綜合報導】繼歐盟傳出遭美國國安局監聽後，英國衛報又披露，根據史諾登流出的國安局檔案中顯示，國安局監聽位於華盛頓和紐約共38個國家的大使館，包括日本、南韓、法國和印度等。

檔案中還詳細記錄針對不同目標，各有不同的竊聽方法，國安局監聽歐盟，已經引發歐盟不滿，要求美方提出說明，現在又爆出其他國家也成受害者，恐掀起更激烈的反美潮。

列世遺後　富士山今開放

【綜合報導】海拔3776公尺高的富士山，被聯合國教科文組織（UNESCO）列為世界文化遺產後，7月1日首度開放登山，預約登山人數，已經排滿到8月。

根據日本「讀賣新聞」報導，富士山提供休息的小屋「御來光館」從4月起就開始有人預約，8月中旬前都已預約滿額，位於吉田登山路線的小屋「太子館」，從7月12日到8月底也都已經預約滿額，往年都是7月還有登山客可預約，但今年6月中旬就被訂光了，員工表示富士山列為世遺後，登山客明顯增多，呼籲首次登山的客人，要做好防雨和防寒準備，查清登山路線，做好萬全的準備。想攻頂的話，從靜岡縣可由御殿場、須走這兩處入山口進入，從山梨縣則可從吉田入山。

鄰居太吵 有跟房東反應過多次
但是 過了2~3天左右 又會繼續吵
現在我常常睡不好 半夜會被吵起床
有跟房東談過要提前解約
房東的態度很惡劣 說提前解約要沒收押金
目前不知道該怎麼辦

Sony Mobile Communications在Mobile Asia Expo上海亞洲移動通信博覽會期間，發表旗下最新一代智慧型手錶Sony SmartWatch 2。和前一代相較，SmartWatch 2多了NFC近距離通訊、IP57防塵防水等級，以及更完整的獨立電子錶功能。

穿戴式智慧設備儼然已成為未來科技業的一大發展方向，Google、Apple、Samsung等公司都已經推出或傳出相關的穿戴式智慧產品。Sony SmartWatch 2並非內建行動作業系統在其中，而是採取與Android系統連線使用的方式，算是Android系統的第二螢幕、電話遙控器及電子錶的綜合體。

使用者在Android設備內安裝各式各樣的SmartWatch相容應用程式，透過藍牙連線同步，手錶上即可立即擁有該功能。例如變換錶面時鐘樣式、閱讀email或社群訊息、當成計步器、遙控手機拍照、監看相機鏡頭等。目前有超過200款的Sony SmartWatch專屬應用程式可安裝，有的需要付費、有的是免費，未來視開發者創意，隨時有可能出現新功能。

新一代SmartWatch 2具備IP57防塵防水等級、NFC近距離通訊技術、使用標準microUSB充電線，為了在陽光下可以更容易閱讀，螢幕從OLED改為LCD，採用1.6吋觸控式彩色螢幕，解析度220x176像素，標準24mm寬度錶帶可自行更換，電池續航力約3-4天。

SmartWatch的一個優點是不需要將行動設備拿出來，就可以即時獲知訊息，Sony在移動通信博覽會中同時也發布了6.4吋超大螢幕防水手機Xperia Z Ultra、藍牙防水耳機SBH52，看起來是設計成和SmartWatch 2搭配，成為一套大螢幕設備的使用情境解決方案。

Sony SmartWatch 2 SW2預計在2013年9月起於全球上市。
