關於頂尖對決劇情的bug，我最想不通就是法院憑甚麼判波登死刑 戲裡面一開頭，辯護律師就已經提到，波登一個人根本不可能移動水箱 米高肯恩用了『他是魔術師，你們去問他』來回答這個質疑， 一直到最後上絞刑台，也沒解釋犯案手法（常看柯南的一定不能接受這點） 法院居然還判波登死刑，這是那一國的無罪推定判決理論。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 1.175.152.216

獨家／嚴爵發片首場台中活動 在自己立牌面前裝萌！

情歌王子嚴爵為了第四張創作新專輯「好的情人」發行，出席首場代言保養品所舉辦的台中宣傳活動，來自中部的「爵士」粉絲集結只為了心目中的「好的情人」加油打氣，同時嚴爵也為7月27日台北小巨蛋首場攻蛋秀作準備。
適逢放暑假第一天，開始馬不停蹄宣傳新專輯的嚴爵，肌膚卻保養的超完美無瑕，還跑到自己立牌前裝萌，合照時還擺出一副幽默臉。
活動現場，嚴爵特別為台中的歌迷帶來新專輯首唱，「至少我有我」及「好的情人」兩首歌曲嗨翻台中夜，最近氣溫持續飆高，問到會不會擔心宣傳時夏日狂曬後膚質變差，嚴爵說：「我從學生時代起就用天然茶樹產品，一直是我面子問題的救星，不管熬夜或大吃我最愛的炸雞來減壓，就算發片宣傳期原則上都不怕。」
發行不到24小時，四首新歌一起衝上KK BOX排行榜TOP 10，「潔癖」、「好的情人」「至少我有我」三首主打歌更一舉攻下第二、第三、第四名!排行榜前五名有三首都是嚴爵，亮眼的成績讓擔綱專輯製作人的嚴爵打下一記強心針。
緊接著就要面對另一關重大考驗，人生第一次7月27號「鋼鐵情人」台北小巨蛋演唱會，要求完美的嚴爵自找苦吃，扛起演唱會音樂總監的重任，宣示嚴爵要在一個月後進階「小巨蛋研究所」的決心！

睡夢聽聞爆炸聲 廢棄三輪車著火

【黃仲瑜／新北報導】今天清晨4時許，在新北市新莊區思賢公園旁邊，一台廢棄的三輪車莫名的起火燃燒，公園運動民眾發現立刻打電話報警，附近住戶表示，還在睡覺聽到兩聲爆炸聲，出來就看到三輪車起火了，所幸消防隊及時到達，火勢很快就被撲滅。
消防隊表示這台三輪車是廢棄無人使用，平時上面放置的都是回收廢棄物，目前還無法得知車主是誰，起火原因還有待火調人員調查才可得知。

新京報訊 昨天起，“手機叫車”軟件全部納入北京市統一電召平台管理，手機叫車變相加價行為將被叫停。每個手機叫車軟件都要綁定一個電召平台，乘客用手機叫車，也將按照北京市電召服務收費標準支付費用，即時叫車每單5元、預約叫車6元。
新京報訊 昨天起，“手機叫車”軟件全部納入北京市統一電召平台管理，手機叫車變相加價行為將被叫停。每個手機叫車軟件都要綁定一個電召平台，乘客用手機叫車，也將按照北京市電召服務收費標準支付費用，即時叫車每單5元、預約叫車6元。
《北京市出租汽車手機電召服務管理實施細則》(下稱《細則》)昨天試行。《細則》明確了手機電召服務商納入全市統一電召平台、在出租汽車行業開展手機電召服務的準入和退出條件。
叫車軟件不與電召合作將被叫停
去年初開始，手機叫車軟件如雨后春筍般湧入市場，據不完全統計，北京市場上已成規模的叫車軟件有12種，此次統一納入電召平台的大約有8種左右。
《細則》明確，手機電召服務運營商應用軟件須經北京市出租汽車行業主管部門備案，獲得授權許可，接入行業統一電召服務平台。
目前，北京市場有4個官方認可的叫車電話，96106、96103、96109、96033，由不同公司運營。其中，96106為北京市出租調度平台，可統一調度全市出租車。叫車軟件將分別與這些電召平台合作，共享出租車資源和叫車資源。“能不能跟電召合作，成為手機軟件公司繼續在市場上活下去的第一道門檻。”一位業內人士告訴記者，主管部門召集電召軟件公司負責人開會時，強調了這點。
據其介紹，手機叫車軟件與電召平台合作后，乘客使用任何一種叫車方式，信息都將在一個平台上共享。
叫車軟件執行統一電召收費標準
另外一個重要變化，是取消了手機叫車軟件“小費”功能。《細則》要求，手機電召服務費用不得違反北京市出租汽車電召服務收費標準，否則將不能繼續在北京開展電召服務。按照現行標準，提前4小時以上預約收費6元，4小時以內預約每次5元。也就是說，手機叫車軟件今後也將嚴格執行這個標準。目前，手機叫車軟件並沒有向乘客按次收取叫車費用，部分軟件有“小費”功能，乘客可以自願支付額外的費用給司機。
《細則》明確，北京市出租汽車行業主管部門將對手機電召服務運營商統一管理，對電召服務質量低劣、違反行業統一聯合電召規則等行為進行監督處理。

柯賜海聲請釋憲 未婚妻出面相挺

【丁牧群／台北報導】抗議達人柯賜海今下午帶著「未婚妻」到司法院抗議「強制工作」違憲並遞交釋憲聲請書。57歲的柯賜海說未婚妻叫廖心如，28歲，目前就讀中興大學企管研究所。
皮膚白皙的廖女戴著墨鏡、口罩面對媒體，她搽著銀色亮彩眼影，穿短裙、黑色直條紋絲襪，就像時下愛漂亮的女生。記者問廖女喜歡柯賜海哪一點，她想了半天說：「會送我花。」柯補上一句：「我每天送他一束花。」
柯賜海數年前因詐欺案被判刑3年3月、刑後強制工作3年定讞，但他假釋出獄後，拒絕接受強制工作，被檢警逮捕後送往泰源技訓所強制工作，日前執行完畢。
