由於正好有個機會可以過去，
雖是台資在中國的企業，該台資事業似乎不小，但在台較不知名，
且現在要經營的要發展的是不同領域的新事業，公司也另成立在中國；

我是女生，要長駐在那邊，幾乎生活在那邊，雖然有宿舍(24小時有保全)，但不可能都不出門，所以想請問有沒有大大有甚麼建議？
(不是去玩的幾天，是愈計至少兩三年都在那邊生活與工作，在比較教區的地方)
只有保ㄧ整年的員工團保，其他勞健保自己保，當地社保也沒有，這樣妥當嗎？

另外，由於沒有勞健保，也沒有簽約，聽起來很自由又可避稅，但不確定自己是否有甚麼問題沒注意到，
或者萬ㄧ真的出了甚麼安危可以怎麼求救？
或者勞工權益的部分可以用甚麼途徑或者可以怎麼愈先防範保障自己權益？(先談清楚？)

［文長，因為我真的很怒］ 去年glossybox評價越來越低，接著突然收攤的事情還沒被淡忘 今年我就收到VanityTrove的來信，說是glossybox的業務已轉給他們。 仔細看了一下內容，一個月588的盒子其實真的很貴， 但是身為前200名的舊會員有優惠，抱著"前三個月應該不至於爛到哪"的心態我就訂了。 殊不知，這是惡夢的開始... 第一個月收到盒子時感覺還不錯，也跟朋友講說這家可以觀察看看喔～ 結果第二個月就出大包。 官網上說是每個月25號出貨， 因5/25適逢假日，於是我在5/27星期一時寫信問哪時出貨 結果對方回 　「你好~vivienne告知您,加上跟您說聲抱歉 五月份的盒子將更改為六月份出貨 為VanityTrove全亞洲在這個夏天要更改全新的訂購方式 新的訂購方式,將會為了個人量身打造,請您拭目以待 六月份盒子也將會在6/6號以前發貨,到時候麻煩您幫我注意一下」 我很傻眼，這麼大的事情為何不"事先"告訴會員，我沒問不就只能痴痴的等？ 而他們卻說「很抱歉,vivienne在準備發信 您就發問了」 但細問之下，他們早就在上周就知道會延誤啊= = 最好笑的是，下午3點多說正在寫信但是我晚上8點都沒收到呢～～～ 接下來的情況，有訂的人應該都知道 又在沒告知會員的形況下貨物一直延，藉口一大堆，而且還不肯提供退款服務。 當初說不會提供醬料包給會員，結果滿盒的醬料包。 最後一個月的盒子在「要給會員最好的體驗，可以選自己想要的東西」下延到了7月。 今天早上收到會員信，說可以買了， 而且長期會員之前沒用完的價格已經轉換成他們的"點數" 我立刻登入網頁進去選，東西很不怎樣，還有以前給過的東西 但是它有一些限定品項還不錯，好比SK2之類的。所以我還是選到了7樣我要的產品 結果我結帳時卻發現，發現我居然要補500多元!!!!!! 我之前明明還剩下的一個盒子的錢他們轉換成53點，也就是53元!!!!!!!! 我重新登入再進，還是一樣只讓我抵53元 我找遍他們網站。都沒客服電話，只有臉書推特或是信箱。 我想說好吧我先搶因為sk2真的很超值，我先搶再來跟他們吵 結果這次換成不讓我結帳.....系統一直跳說我的結帳金額是錯誤的 我火大換瀏覽器，想說可能他們系統只支援爛ie 結果我用ie重新登入，我想要的7樣產品已經完-全-沒-有-了 我真的超怒的，我到底為什麼要花錢找氣受 所以我再寫了一次信給臉書客服 客服"目前"是說已經幫我保留我真正要的東西，或是我要退款也可以 現在還在處理溝通中 總之，請還沒有兌換本月盒子的人注意 如果真的無法接受剩下的醬料包請不要勉強自己!!!!直接要求他們退款吧!!!!! 這間沒有誠信的公司我未來是不會再給他們任何機會了 要不是他們上個月堅持無法退款，我也不會多受一個月的氣= = -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 59.120.209.150
