這次買的四隻咬唇筆 含運費，一隻約莫NT170摳摳。算還滿便宜實惠的 我買的時候只有少少幾色，現在已經出到有20多色囉！超厲害的。 不過啊~~~我覺得這次買的顏色(NO2.3.4)太接近了。 很想試試看橘色！((可惡當初怎沒選 後面都有寫著幾號色。 來瞧瞧顏色吧。我個人的喜好為：NO3>NO4>NO2。 我覺得NO2的顏色有點不上不下，比較接近本來唇色，沒啥過大改變。 試色中。 NO3就很少女的陽光色、NO4比較幹練的OL色。 還有這另一樓的海棉實在是太有用了，塗上唇膏，用海綿筆可輕易將唇膏色染開。 實際畫咬唇妝的過程在這兒 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-9RVe0B0IXo

首先先遮瑕。 膚色的遮瑕塗抹上下嘴唇，這就是一個.............生病很好請假的妝容 感覺有點病入膏肓的FU說。 老闆看了就會覺得你工作很辛苦、說不定還會幫忙加薪呢。 首先我先試NO.4的顏色。 把唇膏均勻抹在上下嘴唇的一半。 相當像是藝妓貌無誤 來人啊~我這篇分享第二個妝容了。 第一個是生病妝、第二個是藝妓妝 【ＮＯ４試色】 嘴唇上下抿一抿，然後用唇筆的海棉棒端，將唇膏顏色向排編暈染。 這樣就成啦！很簡單吧~~ 這是四號色。 我覺得比較紅一點，雖然沒有到正紅，但正是我唇膏中較少有的顏色。 我很喜歡這紅呢！ 【ＮＯ３試色】 這是我最喜歡的顏色囉！ 我喜歡桃紅色帶來、很少女的感覺 擦起來嘟嘟的嘴唇，如果再抹上一點唇蜜，看起來油油亮亮的，真是讓人想猛親一口呢 這是三號色 nEO_IMG_img1373440143097.jpg 這是另外在陽光下拍的照片，這顏色是不是很美呢 【ＮＯ２試色】 這顏色好看，但跟前兩色比較接近一點。 因為我覺得前兩色都比較特別 一個偏紅、一個偏桃紅，這在中間就比較不討喜。 但其實也還滿好看的 這是二號色嚕！ 也都是先遮瑕，在上唇色。務必嘟嘟很惹人憐 以上就是這次分享的三個顏色啦！ 其實我都還頗愛的啦 現在還少了橘色的唇膏，女人的化妝台永遠少了一個化妝品啊 以前總是較少畫唇妝，這幾天這樣畫下來 加了點口紅色，整個人都大顯氣色！ 看來我也無法再脫離唇妝的魅力囉 -- ●陳小沁● http://www.wretch.cc/blog/candicecity/ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 180.218.155.7

標題[食記] 台北 古早厝餐廳

2013／7 http://vikingbear.pixnet.net/blog/post/28631030 電話:(02)2662-2534 地址:台北市深坑區深坑街140號 假日跟老爸老媽出門走走 隨意就晃到深坑了 跟印象中的深坑老街不太一樣 變得比較有規劃~ 店面跟街道也整齊不少 看到這家古早厝的食記好像不錯 加上店門口擺了黃金玉米雞引人注意 當然就近來祭五臟廟了 半隻跟1/4隻的價差一百 所以點菜的時候 店員都會游說點半隻比較划算 有點半強迫接受的感覺 不過好在雞肉上桌 吃起來肉質算是鮮甜 口感也還不錯 個人覺得還算值得一試 桂竹筍 好像是附近店家必點的一道 吃起來不過不失就是了 沒有啥特別的記憶點 天氣熱吃不下豆腐羹 只好點店家的招牌豆腐 豆腐上面放著小魚乾~肉末跟香菇 帶點微辣的滋味 吃起來香氣十足 地瓜葉來增添點纖維質 店家用大蒜快火炒過 地瓜葉吃起來頗為軟嫩 又很新鮮的口感 倒是讓我吃了不少~ 滷豬腳有滷的入味 不過給的都是蹄的部分 所以吃起來不是很喜歡就是 很久沒來老街走走了 有看到幾家還不錯的小店家 下次再來嚐嚐別的美食吧 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.80.30.116

其實很簡單做一些強化彈跳的訓練就可以了~~
彈跳力重點在大腿肌肉 和腹肌~~
樓主每天做仰臥起坐這個需要堅持做的時候不一定要做特別多重點是堅持和輪數是這樣的比如你的極限是100個~~那麼你每天都做120個不如每天分3次每次80個~樓主明白了吧~~每天做3~4輪每輪做到你極限個數的80%左右就可以了~~
腿部肌肉樓主可以嘗試蛙跳~圍著球場做~~~每天堅持
然後再就是以後打球注意先熱身再開始這樣方便讓你保持最佳狀態~~

總體不難 重在堅持哦
