餐廳名稱：台北公館 TJB CAFE 地址：台北市羅斯福路四段24巷5號1樓 電話：2362-0529 消費時間：2013/07/21 事發經過： 會造訪這家店是因為周日附近的店都爆滿， 且外表裝潢十分賞心悅目、已經覬覦已久， 進去後一開始沒特別感覺， 然後被帶位到二樓發現空坐位還真不少， 被帶到窗邊沙發時我跟朋友兩個人還覺得很幸運位子超大， 沒想到接下來就是不愉快的開始...... 入座後約十五分鐘多沒有人來點餐， 也不見四周有服務生， 後來發現二樓服務生有四位左右、都聚集在小角落聊天， 然後來點餐的男服務生， 明明身上就有點菜單， 卻彎著腰、兩隻手撐著我們的桌面點餐， 呈現一個好像跟我們很熟、用一種非常隨性的口氣說話， 完全不手寫下來，想說可能記性很好， 結果不到五分鐘就又跑回來問說我們剛剛點什麼...... 然後約莫十分鐘後我們的餐點上來了， 隔壁桌兩個女生整個很不開心， 跟服務生抱怨明明他們都坐在店內快一小時 怎麼我們這桌餐點已經上了他們還沒？ 女服務生面無表情的只說一句很抱歉因為點菜單弄丟了所以才剛開始做 但我猜應該一開始就沒有點菜單這東西吧..... (都是同一個男服務生負責的區域) 後來男服務生到隔壁桌， 問說甜點要什麼口味(好像是免費招待他們的) 依然用非常隨便的口氣問要什麼口味、也沒說半句真的很不好意思之類的話 最後要去結帳時， 一樓兩個男服務生就大辣辣站在櫃台前(就是客人結帳時站的位置) 非常光明正大的聊天、好像旁邊都沒客人一樣.... ==================================================================== 其實他們也沒做錯什麼嚴重的事， 本身也做過服務業， 也沒想要刁難什麼， 只是覺得外表裝潢這麼漂亮， 結果服務生總是群聚在一起光明正大聊天也不顧是否有客人要點餐， 走路、站姿也都很隨便， 態度更是輕浮!!!!!對就是一種很輕浮不舒服的感覺!!!!!! 食物更是普通到不行結果還要三百多(加服務費) 餐具還能摳下黑黑不知道什麼東西的髒污!!!!! 整體來說就是一個不太愉快的用餐經驗......
