苗栗縣政府今（24）日在立法院內推銷高接梨，原定苗栗縣長劉政鴻親自現身，但臨時取消。民進黨立委林淑芬突然現身衝上台，抗議苗栗縣政府強拆大埔4戶，經拉扯互嗆，林淑芬疑因重心不穩摔倒在地。

林淑芬重摔在地，撞到後腦勺，躺在地板數秒後，起身繼續抗議，但隨後又跌倒在地。立法院醫護室推出輪椅，把她送上救護車擔架，再送往台大醫院。

另有抗議學生在立法院外，趁機進入立法院向苗栗縣政府抗議，但都被立法院駐衛警拉出去。

力麗賣地給力麒　明年第2季推天母都更案

【劉曉霞／台北報導】力麗(1444)今天公告，處分北投天母西路60.25坪土地，賣給集團企業力麒(5512)，獲利6326.3萬元，力麒建設經理柯賢仁說，這塊地主要會整合到「天母西路都更案」，該案最快明年第2季可整地完成，全部整合起來約735坪。

柯賢仁說，「天母西路都更案」預計興建地上22樓、地下4樓的住宅大樓，目前規劃主推大坪數、四房起跳產品，預估總銷65億元。

標題[請問] 露天、賣家、7-11取貨付款

《財報》景氣指標UPS季度營收遜預期，獲利衰退4%

全球快遞業龍頭優比速(UPS)23日於美股盤前發布季度財報，表現差強人意，由於空運成本高，加上公司內部與卡車司機的合約糾紛，導致UPS客戶源繼續流失，營收不如預期。UPS股價盤中暫時走跌。

優比速第二季營收年增1.2%至135.1億美元；毛利率自去年同期的13.4%下滑至12.9%，導致淨利衰退4%至10.7億美元，或每股1.13美元。據路透社統計，分析師預估營收、每股盈餘分別為135.9億美元與1.13美元。

優比速表示，已與1.5萬名卡車司機就延長合約達成協議，合約糾紛解決後，國內貨運量有望回歸正常。由於運輸業務範圍遍及各個經濟層面，從金融文件、藥品至汽車零件等，因此優比速一般被視為經濟的領行指標。

有鑑於亞洲經濟成長放緩、客戶捨空運改走海運趨勢漸成，優比速已開始調減該區域機隊航次，以因應貨運量下滑。

另外，優比速當季營收仍持續成長，但獲利率卻不增反降，凸顯該公司急需控制成本，以提升經營效率。財報顯示，美國市場營收成長2.3%，但毛利率下滑0.2%；國際業務營收成長1.6%，但毛利率下滑0.7%。

嘉實XQ全球贏家報價系統顯示，截至台北時間23日晚間11時15分止，UPS股價於美股盤中下跌0.45%，暫報至87.22美元。

法務部廉政署與台南地檢署，共同偵辦某建設公司等涉嫌透過跑照業者，行賄台南市政府工務局建管科公務員案，昨天搜索涉案建設公司、黃姓跑照業者等辦公處所，以及台南市政府工務局建管科等11處，查扣相關證物，並帶回跑照業者等14人詢問，其中黃姓業者遭檢方向法院聲請羈押，涉案官員部分將擴大追查。
