一個月前被鼬獾咬　政府刁難不給打疫苗

【曾雪蒨／台中報導】鼬獾咬人傳染狂犬病，引發全國民眾恐慌，台中市議員李天生今天下午在市議會指出，一名23歲林先生一個月前在霧峰區吃牛肉麵時被鼬獾咬傷，後來傳出鼬獾有狂犬病，前天不放心到台中醫院打狂犬病疫苗，雖然醫師認為應施打且立即通報，但是疾病管制署卻認為時間過久，且當時鼬獾健康，應該不會有危險性，要他自費施打，氣得民眾大罵：「難道要發病才能打？」透過李天生爭取，最後疾病管制署才在今天下午兩點半核准，讓林先生接種公費狂犬病疫苗。

教一套、做一套？學生投書批江揆

行政院長江宜樺，過去是台大教授，課堂裡「教政治」，風評很不錯，但昔日的學生認為，行政院「放任」苗栗縣府，拆除大埔民宅，沒有積極保護作為，和當年課堂裡說的不一樣！學生翻出2006年「教授江宜樺」提醒學生的影片，當年江宜樺說「政治是決定那麼多人生命的事情，所以不容許墮落」，學生質疑江宜樺放任大埔民眾的家園被拆，當年校院裡說一套、現在做一套！政治系學生們，還聯署寫信給江宜樺，直言「江老師，您現在的位子夠高了，但我們沒有以江宜樺院長為榮」。

抗議大埔案學生洪崇晏：「流汗不夠、流血給你看！今天拆大埔、明天拆政府！」

大學生顧不得後腦杓的傷口還在流血，堅持流血抗議、喊話，不滿馬政府對苗栗大埔案的態度。台大政治系聯署學生徐亦甫：「大家以前都認為，江宜樺是自由主義者，對他有很大的期待，覺得他現在的說法，跟他以前(課堂上)捍衛的價值，差非常大。」

這篇「台大政治系學生寫給江院長的公開信」，洋洋灑灑寫著，「當年在學院裡講授責任倫理的政治家，現在卻放任地方政府，粗暴拆除大埔住戶的家園，江老師，您現在的位子夠高了，但我們沒有以江宜樺院長為榮」。時任台大政治系教授江宜樺(2006)：「政治，是決定那麼多人生命的事情，所以政治是不容許墮落的。」

7年前的「台大教授」江宜樺，笑咪咪的對政治系學生，諄諄教悔，當年的影片現在被學生翻出來。抗議大埔案學生洪崇晏：「沒想到會受到要縫的傷，這已經不是一般的維安，或是一般的維持交通秩序，這是鎮壓言論自由。」

學生看不下去，不懂老師怎麼變了！希望用一封信，喚回當年的江老師。
