【曾伯愷／桃園機場報導】桃園機場第一航廈改建根據國家門戶計畫將原本舊有的航廈經過整修改造，今日上午10時將舉行階段性的大廳啟用典禮，總統馬英九也將到場致詞，不過最近抗議不斷，傳出有民眾將到場抗議，讓警方不敢大意，一早機場外圍就出現大批警力警戒。

全球市調公司尼爾森（Nielson）發布2013年第二季「全球消費者信心調查」，美國、中國大陸和日本消費者信心上揚，台灣消費者信心指數75，比第一季降低3點。

尼爾森旗下劍橋集團（Cambridge Group）首席經濟學家巴拉（Venktatesh Bala）說：「世界前三大經濟體美國、中國和日本消費者對就業、個人理財和消費意願的信心上揚，對全世界都有所助益。」

美國、中國大陸和日本今年第二季消費者信心指數分別是96、110、78，分別比第一季增加了3點、2點和5點。

台灣的消費者信心指數是75，比第一季下降了3點。

第二季全球消費者信心指數是94，比第一季增加了1點。

亞太、北美、中東和非洲信心指數都較第一季上升，亞太第二季消費者信心指數105，上升2點，北美96，上升2點，中東和非洲91，上升6點。

尼爾森說，消費者信心水準的基準線是100，超過表示樂觀，低於則表示悲觀。

印尼消費者信心指數124，位居全球第一，遠高出世界平均值94。

菲律賓消費者信心指數121，排名第二。第三到第五名是印度、泰國、巴西。

中國大陸排名第六，第七到第十則是阿拉伯聯合大公國、香港、馬來西亞和沙烏地阿拉伯。東南亞國家在排名前十的國家中相當搶眼。

尼爾森的消費者信心調查，評量消費者的經濟前景、對就業市場的信心、個人理財的狀況與是否準備消費。

調查在5月13日至31日間進行，是對58國、超過2萬9000名消費者在網路上調查所得到的結果。

【王秋燕／綜合外電報導】全球網路零售業龍頭商亞馬遜（Amazon.com）上季財報與本季財測不佳，衝擊周五股價早盤下挫0.4%，分析師認為，可能進一步回檔。亞馬遜公布季報後，公司股價於周四美股盤後股價下滑2.8%，來到294.95美元。亞馬遜股價曾在7月16日創下309.39美元新高記錄。

亞馬遜上季（4~6月，第2季）營收年增22%達157億美元，符合市場分析師預估，不過由於持續擴大數位內容服務、物流倉儲，加上歐洲等海外市場需求低，導致上季陷入虧損，稅後虧損700萬美元或每股0.02美元。亞馬遜上季亞馬遜對本季營運前景示警，預估營收將達154.5~171.5億美元，營業可能虧損1億美元或獲利2.75億美元。市場分析師預期，亞馬遜本季營收可達170億美元、營業利益可達3.9億美元。
