專騙退休人士 14落網1在逃

〔記者姚岳宏／台北報導〕綽號「阿華」的男子躲在中國主持詐騙機房，利用「詐領健保費」、「涉及洗錢」名義詐騙台灣民眾，再隔海遙控車手取款，被害人至少10人，獲利上千萬元，刑事局先在國內逮捕以陳嘉鴻為首的14名台灣車手，正透過中國公安追查在逃阿華行蹤。

警方指出，被害人全是60歲以上的退休人士，被騙金額多寡竟與「有無提款卡」有關；被騙最多者，是住在台南市的一名老翁，由於沒有提款卡，由車手陪同到銀行領出420萬元存款，其他有提款卡者，受限每天只能領出10萬元，多半被騙1、2天就被家人發現，戳破騙局。

【綜合報導】美軍演習出大包，16日2架AV-8B型鷂式垂直起降戰鬥機(AV-8B Harrier jets)因燃料不足，不得不拋掉機上裝載的炸彈，以順利降落，不料原先預計發射炸彈的演習地點尚未淨空，飛行員只好將炸彈丟在就近的大堡礁深海中，引發環保人士大為不滿。
 
這2架戰鬥機分別載有2枚炸彈，總計在大堡礁50公尺深海中，共丟了4枚炸彈，雖然這4枚炸彈都是無效彈不會引爆，但就怕會對當地環境造成汙染。雖然澳洲國防部發言人強調炸彈不會對當地造成威脅，不過環保人士怒批無法再信任美國軍方。
