標題[請益] i5-4690和i7-4790該拿哪一個好?

主要用來玩遊戲(50%)，多開網頁(30%)，還有跑程式(20%) 暫時只會先玩比較舊的單機大作 (英雄聯隊1,2,剌客教條系列，潛龍諜影系列，真三7) 兩個月後入手GTX 780後會再玩看門狗(希望能開中高以上特效) ONLINE部份就LOL和星海2 程式部份大概就MATLAB，SAS，偶爾要寫EXCEL函數和VBA 因為考慮到看門狗 所以爬了版上幾個單 感覺大部份都是選E3或是I5 甚至有版友建議配到I5-4570就夠了 E3目前是不考慮 而I5-4570和I5-4690差沒多少，所以就直接上I5-4690 現在是在想到底有沒有必要拿I7-4790 4690和4790的時脈差沒多少 價差卻要2700元 一方面是覺得舊的單機遊戲大作可能不支援雙核以上的CPU 所以想說時脈能愈高愈好所以選I7 另一方是GOOGLE之後，有人指出I7有HT 但HT開下去不見得對所有軟體的執行都有好處，反而沒必要 讓我有點不知所措 於是又想到如果拿那個價差再補一條8G的RAM是不是比較有用? 其他的配備大概決定是 華碩H97-PRO INTEL 530 240G 金士頓 8G DDR3-1600 其他沿用(POWER是三年前的影隼500W金牌，應該是還夠用) 預算部份抓個20-23K用在CPU，板子，SSD和RAM這四個零組件 另外再加問一個 看到爬文有版友推華擎Fatal1ty H97 Performance 不知道有沒有比華碩好 因為以前用華擎的H61有不好的經驗(送修3次都沒修好) 請版友解惑開示，感謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 36.227.78.133 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/PC_Shopping/M.1404602197.A.AE4.html ※ 編輯: dofu1943 (36.227.78.133), 07/06/2014 07:19:37

標題[請益] i5-4690和i7-4790該拿哪一個好?

貓咪一直叫一直叫 實在不理解...

我們家的貓咪會一直叫一直走來走去躺一下然後繼續叫....
餵他吃東西後還是叫，清完貓砂盆也還是叫，陪他玩完之後也不會停(他已經玩到懶得動了)

本來有考慮因為發春，有結紮了，而且發春不會持續這麼久吧...從一領養他進來是今年一月的事了到現在半年每天不停歇的叫...

有時候真的覺得很無奈....

B65c93e4df22ff1ee28b6e1253ae8ccc 習慣性熬夜、玩手機停不下來、說好的早睡早起，說好的減肥鍛煉身體……每天臉書、LINE上各種心靈雞湯、勵志教程；網站裡也有不少「提高自制力」、「戰勝拖延症」這些東西。你以為這樣就能健康生活，養成好習慣了麼？至少對於像我這樣已經懶到骨子裡的人來說，這些都沒用！

要養成好習慣還得對自己狠狠的。身邊沒有心狠手辣的朋友的話，有一款叫做 Pavlok 的手環或許可以幫到你。因為 Pavlok 會在你沒有完成設定好的健身計畫、早起計畫時用電擊的方式來懲罰你。

我們都知道，最近湧現出了很多健康類的穿戴式設備。但是這些設備大都是用來追蹤健康資料，最多也是「善意」的提醒你該運動、或者該控制飲食了。說實話，這樣「溫和」的設備還真不適合沒有自制力的人，當然包括 Pavlok 的研發者 Maneesh Sethi。
Maneesh Sethi 說，他知道熬夜是不好的，也知道再繼續吃薯條會肥死，但有時候就是會即使明白怎樣做是對的，依然會做出錯誤的選擇。他沒有像珍．博克和萊諾拉．袁那樣寫本《拖延心理學：為什麼我老是愛拖延？是與生俱來的壞習慣，還是身不由己？》之類的書，而是想到了一種「簡單粗暴」的方式，發明了 Pavlok 手環。當你「不聽話」的時候， Pavlok 手環就會用電流來刺痛你。

如果真有人可以懶到即使被電也依然保持著壞習慣，Pavlok 也有其他的辦法。Pavlok 「植入」 了社交功能，當你設置好想要養成的好習慣之後：比如每天要運動多久，要消耗多少卡路里，什麼時候該起床、該睡覺，如果沒有做到，你的朋友也可以遠端啟動你手環上的「電擊」功能。

朋友足夠多的話，一天被電個幾十次總該會有點作用了吧！而且，為了不讓大家知道自己是這麼的「無藥可救」，當然也就不會懶的「肆無忌憚」了。

其實，從心理學的角度來說，積極的鼓勵比消極的懲罰更有利於養成好習慣，尤其是對小孩子來說。而目前很多類似設備都設置了完成任務給一定的獎勵。不過，當 Maneesh Sethi 在一項研究中發現人們每天 40% 的活動都是由習慣來支配，而不是意志力的時候，他提出了這種懲罰措施。

聽起來好像真的會比較有用。不過，Maneesh Sethi 也提出了一個所有穿戴式設備的都沒法解決的問題——如果「狡猾」的人類把這些設備故意取掉，或者是忘了戴，那可就真的沒轍了。

請問枕頭巾應該如何處理

每星期都會用洗衣機洗枕頭巾

一人住小套房

只有住我一人

洗衣機也是只有我在用

可是為何枕頭巾上

會出現黑色一點

看起來好像是黴菌的樣子

想請問

1為何每星期都清洗還是會出現黴菌

2請問應不應該另外再買新的枕頭巾

3還能不能繼續使用
