大立光財報好到嚇人，外資啟動認錯行情搶補，今天再度跳空漲停開出，連2根漲停板將大立光股價強推到1070元歷史新天價，唯短線漲幅大，盤中漲停打開。

大立光法說會後，26日即以漲停板一價到底，重回1000元，漲停搶買超過6000張，今天飆出第2根停板，股價早盤最高來到1070元，創下掛牌新高價，一度帶動股后漢微科早盤快速拉高，企圖往千元關卡邁進。

唯短短5個交易日大立光漲幅約25%，盤中短線獲利了結賣壓出籠，漲停價未能鎖住，交易第1個小時，成交量超過3500張。漢微科波段漲幅也超過20%，早盤股價最高來到979元，攻千元無功而返，盤中由紅翻黑。

大立光法說會財報驚豔，外加第3季展望樂觀，使12家內外資法人連袂大舉調升目標價至千元以上，最高為美銀美林證券1390元，其次是凱基投顧、美商高盛證券的1388、1350元。花旗環球證券則是所有券商中唯一喊賣的券商，目標價663元。

美林預估，大立光第3季營收有望季增16%，不過，由於VCM產品組合以及新品收益率下滑，毛利率可能小幅下滑至48%；美林預估，大立光今年獲利為67.87元，2014、2015年每股獲利可望分別達到86.54元、95.27元。

花旗環球證券則憂心高階手機需求轉弱，加上鏡頭模組廠近年均在擴充產能，恐將帶動價格壓力升高，保守看待大立光營運。

港商野村證券科技預估，大立光第3季與第4季營收仍可分別成長15%與11%，儘管下半年毛利率要挑戰50%有難度，但因出貨規模擴大與營運效率增加，毛利率仍有45%至50%、高於去年下半年40%至45%。

大立光第 2季財報的亮點為毛利率飆高至50.44%，創18季以來新高，讓市場跌破眼鏡。展望第3季，大立光林恩平看好第3季展望，他表示，除了有很多新機種導入，有利平均單價（ASP）及營收，預估7月營收優於6月，8月營收優於7月，第3季也會比第2季好。

我在2010.12月退伍

所以當時就轉出健保了

至今2013年 我在自己擺地攤維生

所以也都沒有勞健保

我積欠了兩年半的 健保費 和 國民年金

最近開始從事農事 也獲得家父贈與的一塊農地 (一分地符合農保資格)

所以最近想結清自己之前的欠款 加入農保

想請問一下 我應該是要先繳清之前積欠的 國民年金 和健保費嗎?

因為加入農保之後的健保 比較便宜 我能先加入農保 再補繳嗎?

有誰可以告訴我一下流程 我現在剛拿到土地 戶籍也轉到農地所在地
