【綜合報導】「兩岸服貿協議」引起爭議不斷，台灣的知識界與藝文界，發起一場記者會，共同聲明呼籲朝野「實踐民主審議、誠實評估衝擊、重啟服貿談判」，這場記者會將在明（30）日上午10時，在台大校友會館3B舉行。
 
聲明原文如下：
 
針對目前引發台灣社會軒然大波的「海峽兩岸服務貿易協議」（「兩岸服貿協議」），我們認為應本於理性與成熟的態度、透過多元審議的民主程序，進行深刻的政策討論以形成共識。然而，有鑑於正反雙方最近披露於媒體的訴求，經常被刻意地標籤化與過度簡化；甚且出現政府將民間反對質疑的聲音扭曲為「歪曲」、「矇蔽」及「錯誤」的現象，我們決定站出來發表共同聲明如下：
 
我們不反對自由貿易、也贊同台灣應展現高度的信心與能力面對全球化經貿社會的挑戰；然而，對於將對我國社會環境、經濟發展及人民生活造成深遠影響的兩岸服貿協議，我們認為不應由政府在「未充分徵詢民間意見」、「未進行衝擊評估調查」、「未使事先讓國會參與監督」的黑箱作業下進行。
 
我們呼籲，針對根本違反民主價值的黑箱作業，政府實應誠懇地反省改正，並虛心地傾聽各界聲音，而非一方面進行官方的制式宣傳，一方面將公民社會反對質疑的聲音以標籤化的方式加以扭曲。我們要求政府必須就這次黑箱作業的始末，「到底是基於什麼理由？由誰做的決策？中間的談判經過？」正式出面做完整的說明，以示負責，也好讓社會討論日後可以如何避免類似事件重演。
 
我們認為，兩岸服貿協議不僅將衝擊產業，更將對社會發展、人民生活與國家安全造成深遠影響。政府必須完成由「產業」、「社會」及「國安」三個角度切入的全面性衝擊評估報告，踐行公民及國會參與的民主審議程序，才能負責任地決定簽署的「範圍」、「內容」及「條件」。由於這些本來應該要做的功課，事先都沒有做，我們認為必須要進行「實質而有意義」的事後補救。因此，我們雖然認同立法院就兩岸服貿協議所作成「逐條、逐項表決」的決議；但我們認為更重要的是具有「公民參與、誠實評估」的實質民主審議，絕非僅是由立法院透過「吵吵鬧鬧的口水」以及「動員投票部隊表決」的虛偽形式民主，就可草草了事。
 
綜上，我們針對服貿協議的國會審查及後續處理，提出以下具體訴求：
 
一、立法院應就開放之每一產業，個別依法定程序召開公聽會。
 
二、在行政院綜合公聽會意見，提出產業衝擊評估報告、社會衝擊評估報告及國安衝擊評
估報告前，立法院不得進行實質審查與表決。
 
三、行政部門應依立法院逐條逐項之修改結論，重啟談判。

【綜合報導】陸軍下士洪仲丘冤死案，軍方昨證實，將在今天正式偵結起訴，不過洪家律師團質疑，軍檢24日首度傳訊沈威志時，對沈極為友善，氣的洪家律師當庭大罵：「明明就快列為被告，為什麼還要這麼禮遇。」並氣的當場淚灑軍檢偵查庭。

據今天出刊的《壹週刊》報導，7月24日軍檢首度以證人身分傳訊沈威志時，軍事檢察官對沈威志極為客氣，讓洪家委任律師劉繼蔚都看不下去，怒責軍檢：「明明就快列為被告，為何還要禮遇他？」軍檢當下回應：「你想太多了！」劉繼蔚氣的當場飆淚，這時軍檢才略帶歉意地緩頰。

根據顏色和特殊的光學效應，可將水晶分成不同的寶石品種。

無色水晶：無色透明，成分較純，SiO2 含量接近100%，完全透明，無包體和裂隙的大塊晶體很難見到。一般都用作雕塑材料，最著名的是製作水晶球。國外把這種水晶球作為家庭的一種擺設。

紫水晶：一般色調較淺，顏色分佈不均勻。紫水晶還包括紫紅色和深紅色的透明水晶。它是水晶中價格最高的一種，是二月生辰石，常有比較明顯的二色性.

黃水晶：因含微量Fe而呈黃-桔紅色、褐黃色，多為透明柱狀晶體，市場上目前常可見到紫晶熱處理變色而來的黃褐色水晶。

煙晶、茶晶及墨晶：煙黃色者稱煙晶，深褐色者稱茶晶，黑色者為墨晶。

薔薇水晶：含Mn和Ti而呈粉紅色的塊狀水晶，大多數情況下晶形不佳，在某些晶體中，因有顯微針狀金紅石，它們沿相互成120°角的三個方向垂直C軸分佈，琢磨成弧形後，出現六射星光，也稱“星光薔薇水晶”。

石英貓眼：當水晶中含有大量平行排列的纖維狀包裹體，如石棉纖維時，其弧面形寶石表面可顯示貓眼效應，珠寶界稱為石英貓眼。

星光水晶：當水晶中含有兩組以上定向排列的針狀、纖維狀包裹體時，其弧面形寶石表面可顯示星光效應，一般為六射星光，也可有四射星光。
