【劉志原╱台北報導】吳姓男子今年2月間任職於台北市NOVA商場時，利用職務之便，將店內價值590元的迷你無線路由器拿回家自用，並將訂價800元的4G記憶體以600元售出後侵吞貨款，台北地院依業務侵占罪，判他11個月，可易科罰金33萬元；仍可上訴。

判決指出，吳男拿走迷你無線路由器及賣出記憶體後，均在店內的電腦出貨單上，登載貨品已售出，經店家發現貨款金額不符，調閱店內監視畫面後才知是遭被告拿走，立刻報警處理，吳男遭檢察官起訴後，當庭向法官認罪，法官考量被告沒前科，他犯案2次各判刑6個月，2罪合併執行11個月，可以罰金1000元易科1天。

【朱正庭／台北報導】農委會今發布在花蓮肉鴨場分別監測到H5N3、H5N2低病原禽流感，已對上述肉鴨場進行移動管制，並依規定通報世界動物衛生組織。

花蓮縣動植物防疫所發布新聞稿表示，日前進行禽流感主動監測工作時，於今年7月2日經家衛所檢驗從肉鴨場樣本分離出H5N2病毒，是今年首例；另於執行周邊禽場監控時，於7月16日經家衛所另檢驗分離出H5N3病毒，上述兩案例，於本月2日經病原性試驗後，判定為低病原。

據《中央社》報導，此為在肉鴨中發現H5N3病毒首例。

泰國石油管理局（PTT）子公司PTT全球化學（PTT Global Chemical）7月27日輸油管漏油，油污污染羅勇省沙美島海灘，專家指出，原油殘留的毒物可能在3個月內進入食物鏈。

泰國英文報刊「民族報」（The Nation）今天引述疾病管制廳（Disease Control Department）廳長彭泰（Pornthep Siriwanarangsun）報導，他們將在受污染地區隨機採集海產樣本，以檢測能否安全食用。

彭泰表示，污染地區附近的海洋生物是否被鉛、鎘、鎳污染，現在就下判斷為時尚早。

他指出，對海洋生物來說，尤其是許多海洋動物的主要食物浮游生物，至少要3個月才會被污染。

彭泰建議民眾，高溫烹煮海鮮減少毒素，從原油殘留下來的有害物質會有短期健康衝擊，例如頭暈、沮喪，長期影響則會對紅血球、白血球。

參與清理油污工作的70名人員，已出現噁心反胃、頭暈的症狀，必須送醫緩解。

「曼谷郵報」（Bangkok Post）報導，漏油事件也衝擊羅勇省（Rayong）海產需求，當地漁民擔心，恐破壞當地漁業。

漏油發生後，民眾減少購買海鮮影響漁民收入，但漁民更擔心油污毒物殘留對生態的長期衝擊，這將造成漁獲減少而影響漁民生計。
