【游芳男／宜蘭報導】第12屆羅東藝穗節重頭戲的大踩街遊行活動，今下午3時許熱鬧登場，整個羅東鎮鼓聲響徹雲霄，充滿嘉年華會氣息，沿途吸引上萬人圍觀，踩街團隊中，身材曼妙的森巴舞者隨著強勁的節奏，熱力扭腰擺臀最是吸睛。
 
主題為「百變花樣年華」的羅東藝穗節67支踩街團隊，是依序從羅東中山公園出發，隊伍沿著興東路、公正路等路遊行，隊伍長達2公里多。遊客簡小姐說：「最愛看的是森巴舞者，她們身材火辣，連女生都想看。」

台北市長郝龍斌今天表示，台北市政府首創推出職災地圖，但職災傷亡地點是否為「凶宅」，應由民眾與消費者來認定。

郝龍斌今天出席「財團法人肝病防治學術基金會19週年慶」，會後接受媒體聯訪時，做出上述表示。

台北市線上職災地圖擴大適用範圍，率先全國公布營繕工程重大職災資訊，同時幫助民眾進行不動產交易時，可取得充分資訊。不過職災傷亡地點是否可列為「凶宅」，引發各界討論。

郝龍斌表示，職災地圖是台北市首創的做法，目的在提醒勞工注意工安，也提醒業者要照顧勞工的權益，同時在工地施工期間，必須注重工安設備的完善。

他說，關於職災地圖上發生因職災傷亡的地點是否為「凶宅」，應該由民眾與消費者自己來認定。

郝龍斌指出，根據統計數據顯示，台北市公布職災地圖後，去年1至7月，勞工因職災受傷及死亡的件數較過去同期減少一半以上，由此可見，職災地圖對提升勞安與工安有極大助益。

他表示，職災資訊提供方式公開、透明，不但讓任何民眾都能檢視，也能讓施工單位知所警惕，更重視工安與勞安。

馬總統今天上午的澎湖行程遇上兩場抗議行動，有數十位民眾一早就到馬公機場旁道路拉起白布條、高舉抗議標語，要求政府將57年被軍方強制徵收的農地「還地於民」；澎湖海洋公民基金會則是號召群眾，在馬公高中表達對縣政府花5.5億元蓋「大倉媽祖文化園區」的不滿，但總統車隊迅速通過，並未給予回應。

【廖珮君／台北報導】投資型保單買氣回溫，壽險業者提醒，投資型保單費用分為先付的「前收型」和費用後付的「後收型」保單。前收型保單因不收解約費用，資金運用靈活度高；後收型保單一開始就將保費全數投入投資，民眾可依自身需求來規劃。

目前市場上投資型保單概分為「變額萬能壽險」和「變額年金險」2大類，前者好處是可利用相對低的保費規劃高額保障，並保有投資彈性；後者則是透過規劃投資標的，長期累積退休金並轉為年金方式給付。

第一金人壽總經理林元輝提醒民眾，買投資型保單除了研究市場投資趨勢外，也得了解投資型保單的費用結構，尤其前收型（指繳保費時，需先扣一筆費用，才能投資），和後收型（繳保費時不收費，採每月收管理費）的費用結構大不同。

第一、選擇適合自己的洗面乳

第二、必不可少的化妝水

　　為了平衡油脂分泌，化妝水在夏季美容護膚的過程中就是必不可少的。因為它們可將水分鎖在皮膚內，保持皮膚濕潤，減少面部水分蒸發。

第三、選擇優質的護膚品

　　千萬不要以為只使用化妝水就算完成了夏季美容護膚的工作，平衡保濕的護膚品也很有必要，不過潤膚品需要留在皮膚上較長時間，因此要懂得選用真正優質的產品，達至最佳效果。

第四、正確選擇防曬指數

　　最後就是夏季美容護膚最重要的防曬了，建議大家在選擇防曬霜時要注意產品所提供的SPF防曬指數。雖然SPF指數可以由2高至60，但作為日常防曬用途，SPF8—15就足夠了。SPF指數太低時，防曬功能可能不足夠。但SPF指數太高，容易使皮膚過敏。
