【綜合報導】俄羅斯總統普丁(Vladimir Putin)先前簽署法例，禁止任何鼓吹同性戀行為，體育部長穆特科更表明，包括將參加明年索契冬季奧運會的海外同性戀運動員，也必須遵守法例。支持同性戀的國際人權組織，日前與國際奧委會開會，並遞交32萬個挺同志的運動員簽名，以示抗議。

國際同志平權組織All Out，聯同當地50名成員，周三(7日)前往國際奧委會瑞士總部表達訴求，要求俄羅斯在舉辦冬奧之前，撤銷法例，並要求國際奧委會出面譴責俄羅斯做法，確保所有遊客以及運動員的安全。他們一共收集到32萬個簽名，其中包括運動員、奧運金牌得主、以及演藝界人士。All Out表示，國際社會的聲音，使俄羅斯冬奧變成一個對抗反同志惡法的平台，並且為同志爭取權益。

俄羅斯政府高層上星期向國際奧委會保證，新法例不會影響冬奧的參加者。All Out在會後透露，國際奧委會已經答應，要求俄羅斯政府作出更強烈的書面承諾。

標題協尋8/10 早上中山路五福路口車禍影片或目擊者

各位鄉民朋友大家好，我的阿公在今天早上07:30-07:45左右，在中央公園路口發生車禍 我阿公是騎乘腳踏車，被一個無照未成年機車騎士闖紅燈撞飛。 目前人正在加護病房插管治療中，但情況不樂觀，可能決定後就拔管了。 由於要調閱路口監視器時，警方表示該事故現場為監視器死角，故無任何影像。 希望有行車紀錄器，或是當時有經過現場的證人，能夠與我聯絡。 肇事者目前為保護管束少年，而且之前已經有過一次撞人的記錄，所以我很不能諒解。 我的阿公身體硬朗，看到他這樣躺在病床上頭一直滲血，我真的很不忍心。 明天會去附近商家調閱看是否有監視器畫面，也拜託高雄的朋友有人在附近有目擊到的， 或是有行車紀錄器的，請與我聯絡。 我的電話是:0989257415洪先生 至於後續的求償的問題，對方連機車強制險都沒有，我想我求償應該會有一定的困難度。 目前是放在處理阿公的後事部分，所以賠償或是法律部分比較不了解。 若有版友大概了解後續的處理步驟，也麻煩不吝嗇告知。 再麻煩各位朋友了，拜託拜託了，謝謝。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.39.3.19
