美國7月失業率來到7.4% 的四年低點，達拉斯聯邦準備銀行總裁發表量化寬鬆（QE）退場時程再往前一步的言論，提升市場對於QE購債規模縮減腳步趨近的憂慮，導致全球股市持續全面走跌。

根據摩根士丹利證券調查基金經理人對QE退場時點的預估，近七成預期QE將會在今年底前退場，落點集中在9-12月，差異就在於就業數字穩定度，顯見市場對於QE退場已有共識。

請問這樣算資遣嗎? 從同事口中得知公司打算叫我走,說我表現不如老闆預期,講話不夠圓滑 而目前還真的有在面試其他人中,他們以為我不知道, 我心理想 他們是打算面試到人才要來跟我說 聽說應該是什麼前十日告知? 請問那這樣子我算是非自願離職, 而他有前十日跟我說 所以我就沒資遣費嗎? 我目前在公司是還不到半年至少有五個多月, 進公司時有簽一份勞工在兩年內不得解約,但雇主可以任意經由職務調動而解除人員 (大概是這樣子的意思) 但不是約聘的合約書, 請問這是有法律效益的嗎? 而且我也並沒有犯重大原因事故 如果只是一句不是合 這樣我資遣費還拿不拿得到? 還有什麼資遣通報名冊和離職證明書那個,是我要請雇主開給我嗎? 現在的我該怎麼作比較好呢? 如果過幾天真的跟我題了 我該怎麼說比較好? 謝謝大家 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 218.164.93.95
