陸軍下士洪仲丘之死引爆25萬白衫軍上街，軍方成為眾矢之的。曾是軍系立委的新黨黨主席郁慕明直言，國軍經此一打擊，「十年內軍隊起不來，軍心完全瓦解」。他提醒社會反思，看待洪案是否過於噬血，一個軍隊如果真的嚴格操練，「當兵只會肌肉愈結實，不會胖30公斤」；洪案曝露的是國軍軍令不彰，訓練不嚴，而不是太嚴格。

他強調，「冰凍三尺非一日之寒」，洪案凸顯的是國軍義務役役期從三年、兩年，變成一年、十個月後，義務役根本沒有被訓練到就要退伍。洪案之後，大家要追究的應是國軍是否應改革？若要改革，就要從戰略思維到戰術訓練，都必須嚴格要求。

最近想要學化妝，可是不知道化妝的順序到底是什麼
上網搜尋步驟，可是卻又出現很多不懂的產品
　妝前修飾霜、蜜粉、遮瑕膏是什麼？作用為何？
目前知道的順序是妝前保養，
　洗臉→化妝水→乳液
接下來的順序是什麼呢？防曬乳還是妝前修飾霜？那粉餅又是在什麼時候上？蜜粉又該什麼時候上呢？

大家好， 小妹是成大畢業的學生， 最近到台塑面試運氣不錯有被錄取。 一開始通知是林園廠的現場工程師， 打電話去問工作內容時廠長邀請我們實際到廠區了解。 去了才知道， 原來是廠長覺得這份工作不適合女生 想勸退我， 但同時也提供我轉到仁武台麗朗的研發工程師的機會（主要研究領域是碳纖維）。 廠長是說研究單位工作很像實驗室生活， 上下班也都很正常， 不過不知道是不是這個單位太小， 我找不到較詳細的訊息去驗證廠長的話。 不知道版上有沒有人有相關的訊息呢？ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 101.15.188.111

這次車禍一共有3台 A車是汽車 B車C車都是機車
A車在內側快車道突然要變換車道到外側車道
我是B車我在外側車道看到時 為了要閃A車 ，我被迫向右切
結果C車撞上了我的機車右後側，c車倒地並受傷
A車----與B車C車 沒有直接碰撞
我是B車我因為要閃a車向右切 被撞 我沒有受傷車子也沒有倒地
c車倒地有受傷 (c車要求a車跟b車賠償)

a車跟b車同為肇事原因
c車 無肇事原因

請問我可以主張刑法第24條嗎?
已開過偵查庭，檢查官問我有沒有過失我回答有，這樣我是不是就會被判刑了。
這種情況我主張刑法第24條有用嗎?該何時主張?還是我在偵查庭已承認有過失就來不及主張型法第24條了?

c車受傷骨折有證明需要休養6個月

我談我賠c車25萬
可是因為之前我有先付5萬給c車
c車竟然說我跟a車都是同樣50%
所以25萬不能扣掉5萬
可是談和解時我有提出我之前付過5萬是不是可以扣
明明那時和解的先生也跟我說可以扣
現在c車反悔 故意用刑事逼我
跟我說 我刑事被判也要60000元還會有前科
...........意思就是要我把要被罰的錢拿出來
