標題[閒聊] 好久不見的水粉底

用手機發文，如格式跑掉請見諒。 記得好幾年前(印象中應該有5年以上吧...我好老天啊!) Kevin的品牌出過水粉底，那時候用覺得好驚豔，很薄透，上妝後皮膚感覺非常好，不過後來再也沒看過這個產品，大概是停產了吧...? 爬了版上的水粉底心得也沒幾篇，大都介紹專櫃如Chanel、M.A.C.、Dior、MUF這幾款，前幾週拿到orbis型錄有看到有出一款,可是版上沒心得文所以還在觀望...。 有人跟我一樣覺得水粉底很好用可是選擇變少嗎? 平常看到的液態底妝大都是粉底液，但不知道為什麽都會覺得好像粉底液用起來很重很悶的感覺? 後來都默默的只用粉餅...(我好怪QAQ) -- Sent from my Android -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 116.59.229.174

（中央社記者李晉緯台北10日電）中華男籃隊今天在亞錦賽敗給伊朗，但歸化「新台灣人」中鋒戴維斯浴血奮戰，力扛伊朗頭號戰將哈達迪，表現依舊精彩。

2013年第27屆亞洲籃球錦標賽在菲律賓進行，今天中華隊在4強戰中對上亞洲籃球強權伊朗。

中華隊身高203公分的「新台灣人」戴維斯（Quincy Davis）在這場比賽中力扛伊朗218公分的哈達迪（Hamed Haddadi），表現依舊夠水準。

雖然戴維斯身高矮上一截，但他不斷挑戰哈達迪，讓哈達迪在第2節時就吞下個人第3次犯規，也不得不暫時下場休息，最後整場比賽只打了近25分鐘，拿下14分，破壞力已被減到最小。

前7場比賽平均可拿下14.9分、9.7籃板成績的戴維斯，今天依舊拚勁十足，雖然一度因為對手犯規，頭部流血掛彩，但簡單包紮、止血後，他仍回到場上奮戰，最終以9投6中，拿下全隊最高的16分，另外抓下5個籃板。

戴維斯來到台灣前，曾在賽普勒斯、葡萄牙、委內瑞拉、中國大陸、土耳其等地打球，來台加入超級籃球聯賽（SBL）後，幫助中華隊現任總教練許晉哲帶領的璞園建築籃球隊奪下SBL冠軍，個人也拿下年度最有價值球員（MVP）及最佳洋將等殊榮。

戴維斯因為實力夠、配合度又高，同時，熟悉許晉哲教練的戰術，加上與中華隊陣中多數球員默契夠，因此也讓籃協找上他，最後他順利歸化，在本屆亞錦賽為中華隊效力。1020810

【蔡維歆╱台北報導】今年夏天飆高溫，吳中天為了國片《戀戀海灣》吃足苦頭，劇組在高雄西子灣取景拍攝，吳中天因為飾演救生員，必須打赤膊上陣，讓他差點嚴重曬傷，他表示：「只能一直補擦防曬乳跟多喝水，但我休息的時候也會站在豔陽下，想讓自己曬更黑一點，比較能展現救生員的特質。」

標題[問題] 獎金發放疑問

不知道發文在這版是否適合 如不妥當請版主告知會自D 主管看我不爽的成份 我自己推估如下 1.台北調到高雄的資深員工 2.給薪高於高雄同事, 他覺得不公平, 但薪水是公司核發, 不是我去吵來的 我的問題是~~ 公司有業績達成獎金制度 超過目標部份*2%=組獎金 超過目標部份*8%=部門獎金 以我來說 我在組的編制內 可以領組的達成獎金 加上部門也有達成 還可以再領部門獎金 但是8%的部門獎金裡 有30%是給部門主管 剩下70%是主管依業務屬性分配獎金 我的業績達成有138% 另未達目標的同事是94%達成率 照帳面及字面上看來 我應該可以領的比未達成的多 不然就不叫獎金了 結果我竟然比未達成目標的人領的少 問了主管證實了他是看人發獎金 他有70%的分配權限 他給我的獎金比較少是因為我沒有加班~資歷深~薪水高~表現跟他預期不同 可是問題來了 1.獎金依法無據, 但勞動契約裡也沒有載明我的薪水要配多少的業績才match 2.一年12個月,月月都有目標,是公司分配給他, 他再分下來給我們 難道這不是目標? 他說公司分的太低~不符現實 3.他說我時間到下班回家顧小孩是我的事 資歷深也是我的事, 薪水高也是公司看的起我 但他要怎麼給我獎金是他的權利 依工作平等法可以告他歧視嗎? 4.我反問他那要做多少才有較多獎金? 未達成為什麼有獎金? 第一回答是他看狀況, 第二回答是人家有加班, 付出較多時間在公司 意思是我沒有加班就沒有付出 但我們公司也沒有加班費這種東西 時間到下班有錯嗎? 5.除了可能可以告他歧視之外 我還能有什麼作為? 已經反應給人資了 但我想應該是被蓋下來的成份大 為了這些~我下班哭了好久 上次哭這麼久是我家人過世的時候...... -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.47.168.149
