雲林縣下屆縣長選舉，民進黨立委李應元、劉建國與前代理縣長李進勇等3人激烈角逐提名；同黨的前縣議員林新丁最近也在全縣豎起20多面大型看板，爭取黨內提名。

林新丁今天說，民進黨全國代表大會決議排除「黨員投票」做為提名依據，黨內將走向「全民調」真正民主讓他信心大增，因此決定參加黨內初選，爭取提名參選縣長。

民進黨雲林縣黨部副執行長林鴻文表示，黨中央提名辦法最近會出爐，最後人選產生方式是採全民調、協調或逕行徵召等都有可能，將由黨中央決定人選後，縣黨部全力輔選。

【大紀元2013年08月12日訊】（大紀元記者莊麗存台灣台北報導）台灣9家民營電廠均已同意調降售電價格給台電，台電公司預估每年可省下新台幣15.4億元購電成本，不過10月台電仍將按預定計畫調漲電價。台電表示，台電今年已經虧損353億元、累計虧損已達2,288億元，降低的購電成本，平均每年省15.4億元，有如杯水車薪，因此今年10月電價調漲計畫依舊不會改變。

歷經一年多談判，台灣9家民營電廠已經同意調降售電價格給台電，不過，台電的累計虧損超過2,000億元，購電成本降低無助於民生電價的停漲，引發質疑。

台電公司副總經理李鴻洲表示，因為每家合約開始的時間不一樣，整體估計合約結束前將可使台電省下共249億元的購電成本，平均每年可省下新台幣15.4億元。他指出，台電今年1到7月虧損353億元，累計虧損則有2,288億元，雖然未來購電支出可以減少，但每年省下10幾億的成本，對台電而言，還是杯水車薪，無法反映財務窘困的狀況，也無法解決問題。◇

今年2月DBU人民幣業務開辦以來，台北富邦銀行持續推出人民幣優惠定存專案，廣受客戶支持。即日起自8月30日止，除提供優於市場的人民幣存款牌告利率之外 (最高2.08%)；針對新資金匯入，或原有台幣定存轉存人民幣定存之客戶，享利率再加碼0.5%，最高可達到2.58%之利率(一年期)。

台北富邦銀行執行副總黃以孟表示，DBU人民幣業務開放後，客戶帳戶中人民幣存款的占比逐漸提升。根據央行公布資料顯示，截至2013年6月底，全台銀行存款餘額為26.32兆元，其中3.15兆元為外幣存款，其中DBU人民幣存款餘額則達408億元人民幣。也就是說人民幣占全體外幣存款的比率在短短4個多月中已達6%，顯示民眾對人民幣存款的接受度相當高。

黃以孟指出，基於資產風險控管，北富銀一直鼓勵客戶做適當的貨幣資產配置，有助於客戶分散資產組合的風險。以近期的經濟情勢來說，建議美元、澳幣、人民幣及其他衛星貨幣 (如南非幣、紐幣等)的比重5：3：1：1，這個比重考量了存款利率、可投資的理財商品種類及匯率的波動風險三個因素，暨可平衡匯率的波動風險，又能兼顧投資機會。

台北富邦銀行此次推出的人民幣優惠定存專案，以一年期人民幣定存來說，若客戶利用手上在本行舊有人民幣資金轉入定存，可享業界最高牌告利率2.08%；若客戶新匯入資金承作，或將7月10日前持有的台幣定存轉成人民幣定存，還可享有另外0.5%利率加碼優惠，最高可達2.58%。優惠定存專案只到8月30日止，客戶可臨櫃承作或自行到網路銀行申辦。活動詳情請洽台北富邦銀行各分行或上台北富邦銀行官網查詢。
