【綜合報導】「早睡早起身體好」恐怕要改寫了，由英國和澳洲的研究人員合作的研究顯示，早睡早起的人，容易比夜貓子出現疲倦感，罹患癌症的機會也較大，但夜貓族比早起族則更容易變胖、憂鬱以及記憶衰退。

該研究針對200人進行調查，報告指出，人體內的生理時鐘，取決於一種叫Period-3的遺傳基因，愛早睡早起的人，Period-3基因較夜貓子長，會較早出現睡眠壓力，容易疲倦，需要早點休息。而長時間在光線下生活，導致體內缺乏有助防範癌症的退黑素荷爾蒙，患上乳癌或結腸癌的風險相對較高，專家建議這類人盡量保持睡眠空間黑暗，提升退黑素的分泌。

反觀夜貓子少吃早餐，都要等到午餐才會多吃，沒注意的話就容易吃過頭，宵夜更是致肥原兇。另外，夜貓族容易因為睡眠不足而出現憂鬱同記憶衰退。而澳洲先前也有研究指出，不少夜貓族貪圖晚間生活多姿多彩，愛趁黑夜暪著伴侶「偷吃」找小三。

情趣用品達人SallyQ批評，業者為增加利潤，出售低成本、包裝與知名產品接近的情趣用品，但來源、製造商、成分材質不明，這些情趣用品直接接觸人體最敏感、甚至接觸黏膜部位，造成傷害不可輕忽，用來口交恐吃下有毒物質。
