嘉義縣長張花冠被控在立委任內向廠商收賄，聲稱金錢是亡夫曾振農生前所借。但檢方今天表示，廠商並不認識曾振農。

嘉義地檢署指出，張花冠是在嘉義縣政府申請「大埔美香草藥草生物科技園區」BOT開發案通過後，以協助廠商取得土地設定、展延融資為由，向廠商潘忠豪索賄新台幣3000萬元。

檢方指出，張花冠為了掩飾犯行，先透過他人帳戶兌現，再指示不知情的國會助理以小額現金方式提領，接著再轉投資，獲利所得再存入第三人帳戶。

檢方表示，張花冠聲稱這筆賄款是她先生曾振農生前向潘忠豪借的，由她向潘忠豪取款後，交給擔任副總的周姓華僑，由周姓華僑交給人在柬埔寨的曾振農。

但是，檢方進一步詢問周姓華僑的真實姓名與年籍，張花冠竟表示不知周姓副總的真實姓名年籍，有違常情。

檢方傳訊潘忠豪，潘忠豪承認有匯款3000萬元給張花冠，但聲稱是張花冠以自己需用錢、以及丈夫曾振農在國外投資需要資金為由所借，他並不認識曾振農。

檢方指出，潘忠豪涉及台糖弊案遭台中地檢署搜索、起訴後，每當檢調有動作時，張花冠就把錢匯入潘忠豪的妻子或其他帳戶。

檢方清查張花冠自民國96年至98年匯出給潘妻及其他帳戶的錢，高達4469萬元，比她向潘忠豪索賄的3000萬元還多，但潘忠豪僅承認張花冠先後給他3560萬元。

檢方指出，張花冠當時身為中央民代，竟利用職權及實質影響力，從中受賄、洗錢，到案後仍飾詞否認、供詞避重就輕，顯無悔意，請求法官從重量刑，以維官箴。

我也不贊成房價炒太高
因為我只是個自住客
但是以現在整體的房價來看 這樣的環境和機能
一坪20幾萬一點都不為過~
是誰說會到50萬100萬?是你講的吧?
根本沒看到.....謝謝你那麼看得起我住的地方
還有居住不是只看交通
其他的都不重要嗎?

總統馬英九過境美國，認為這次美對我參訪團的規格佳，民進黨立委蕭美琴說，檢視整個過程，並未超越過去，前總統李登輝和陳水扁的規格。

蕭美琴提到，美國在台協會理事主席薄瑞光曾說，馬總統提出的申請，美方都同意。但隨行採訪的台灣媒體卻處處受限，蕭美琴質疑，是否是馬總統自己提出如此要求，反而自我降格、自我矮化，在外交途徑的實質突破上，彈性反而變小。

【綜合報導】身材曼妙的美國19歲妙齡女子卡西蒂沃夫（Cassidy Wolf）上周六當選「美國青年小姐」（Miss Teen USA），近日卻傳出她是一起偷拍案的受害者，恐遭不明人士拍下私密裸照。
 
美聯社報導，卡西蒂沃夫剛從高中畢業，臉蛋漂亮且身材惹火。美國聯邦調查局（FBI）最近調查發現，有人在數月前駭進卡西蒂沃夫臥房中的網路攝影機，以偷拍她的私密裸照。
 
卡西蒂沃夫日前曾收到不明人士寄來的電子郵件，宣稱從她的電腦偷走一些照片，威脅她自己交出裸照，否則就要公佈這些照片。卡西蒂沃夫不懼威脅，報警處理。

標題[問片] 不知道算是科幻還是驚悚的歐美片

大家好！ 第一次來問片！ 其實想問很久了，但是一直不敢XD (不知道在怕什麼) 我要問的片是我很小很小的時候(至少20年了吧XD)跟媽媽一起看的！ (那時三台常播一些歐美影集&電影，也就是說其實我不確定是影集還是電影，原諒我QQ) 我曾經試著問過我媽片名... 但她...根本忘了曾經看過這部片orz ------------------------------------------------------------------- 其實劇情我也忘得差不多，只記得結尾或是中間後段... 劇情敘述： 1. 有點科幻，至少裡面的人的穿著有點像star trek那樣的感覺 2. 很多小孩被叫進一間房間問問題 (IQ測試?) 3. 其中有一個小孩的父母在外面等，結果被通知小孩死了(被殺?) 好像是因為太聰明了而被殺或是太笨了而被殺... 只記得母親在哭這樣，然後好像要選擇埋葬方式(?) 我只記得這些了>"※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.36.98.52
