美國聯邦眾議院軍事委員會主席麥肯伊與眾議員米勒，近日分別致函總統馬英九，歡迎馬總統訪問洛杉磯，並強調珍惜美國與中華民國間的堅實情誼。

麥肯伊（Buck McKeon）在信函指出，他代表加州第25選區選民及眾院軍委會議員，祝賀馬總統訪問美國順利。麥肯伊強調，美國應強化與東亞地區重要盟邦的關係，中華民國是美國外交與經濟夥伴，他十分珍惜雙方堅實情誼，及兩國對和平與繁榮的共同承諾。

麥肯伊對台美兩國領導人繼續合作，達成戰略目標深具信心。

米勒（Gary Miller）在歡迎信表示，他在國會向來支持台美緊密友誼。中華民國與美國已建立超過半世紀的緊密夥伴關係，也共同締造兩國重大經濟、文化及戰略優勢。

他認為中華民國是完全民主國家，經濟蓬勃發展，尊重人權與法治。他將持續在國會支持兩國邦誼，期盼雙方共同努力，尋求強化貿易、商業及合作，進而提升兩國人民生活福祉。

麥肯伊與米勒在信中表示，這次未能與馬總統會晤，期盼未來有機會親自與總統會面，並祝福過境美國期間一切順利。

駐美代表金溥聰表示，駐美代表處將在兩國現有良好互動基礎上，繼續加強雙方關係，對議員們致函歡迎馬總統過境美國的友我行動，表示衷心感謝。

馬總統賀誼專案完成拉丁美洲和加勒比海友邦訪問後，將過境美國洛杉機返回台灣，在洛杉磯期間，將依慣例和台美互信默契進行活動。

【綜合報導】中國湖北27歲女子小周，時常與丈夫吵架，兩人遂擬定《吵架合約》，貼在床頭避免開戰。她最近在微博分享《吵架合約》，並寫到：「合約實行快滿月了，效果還不錯，好幾架都省了！」

《長江日報》報導，小周說她和丈夫都是火爆脾氣，談戀愛時還能互相忍讓，但結婚後總是因各種瑣事吵架，還亂摔東西，每次吵完架家裡都是一片狼藉。有一次，丈夫氣急敗壞下，把筆記型電腦都砸了。

今年孩子出生後，兩人稍微收斂脾氣，但有次忍不住當著孩子面前吵起來，把孩子嚇得大哭。她說：「孩子在這樣的惡劣環境下成長，對身心發展極其不利。」兩人花了一晚擬定一份《吵架合約》，並保證嚴格執行，合約試行一個月，兩人只悄悄地吵了兩次，很快和好如初。

本屆大會主題為「共建良好生態環境，服務美好網絡生活」，議題圍繞行動網路、電子商務、網路金融、大數據、雲計算、物聯網與IPv6等多個熱門領域，是大陸網際網路行業年度盛會。

互聯網大會召開引爆概念股炒作，超級電視、通信服務、智能醫療等概念股昨天表現活躍，前期熱點股樂視網率先在早盤攀升漲停，刺激上海鋼聯、三五互聯、三六五網、東方財富等概念股走強，推助創業板表現強過主板市場。

大陸工信部副部長尚冰演講時指出，積極推進寬帶中國2013專項行動，縮小城鄉差距，擴大並改善3G行動通訊網覆蓋面，還要推進4G網路，加快下一代網際網絡的建設和應用研發。同時將全力保障網路資訊安全。據悉，相關規章已完成初稿。

業內人士稱，從大會廠商參展的情況就能看出每年的熱點。南都網報導指出，大會二樓入口處是風行網的大螢幕，旁邊是迅雷看看的展台，一樓還有第一視頻和樂視網。騰訊微博、網易門戶、新浪微博等傳統的網路服務商占據了會場顯眼的位置；華為將資料交換機搬到會場，樂視網將最新生產的60吋網路電視擺在現場播放。可見視頻是網路發展熱點。

值得關注是，互聯網金融峰會、大數據發展論壇均首次在互聯網大會上舉行，展現大陸網路發展的新趨勢。

證券時報報導，互聯網金融主要表現在行動支付逐漸取代傳統支付業務（如信用卡、銀行匯款），其次是大型電商企業涉足金融，如阿里巴巴金融衝擊傳統信貸模式；最後是多家P2P 網路貸款平台蓬勃發展。

本屆大會組織兩岸互聯網發展論壇，由大陸互聯網協會、台北市電腦商業同業公會、台灣今日新聞網主辦，聚焦「後ECFA時代」兩岸電商合作的發展新機會，拓展兩岸網路業的合作，約有400名兩岸網路專家學者共同就傳統行業與電子商務的融合、新應用服務推動的電子商務發展與升級等議題展開交流，探討電子商務時代下的兩岸經濟合作。
