【政治中心／台北報導】監院內訌加劇，民進黨立委及民間推動廢除監察院聯盟要求監察院長王建煊自動請辭，王建煊下午表示，「你覺得我會辭職嗎，我告訴你，我連想都沒想過，好笑！為什麼要辭職？」

綠委及民間團體要求王建煊請辭，王建煊接受中央社專訪時反問說：「辭職有用嗎？」王建煊說，他並沒有犯錯，如果有錯當然應該辭職，他說，「監委如果有接受張通榮招待吃飯吃3次，那才要辭職啊，講話要講道理嘛。」

【綜合報導】不滿苗栗縣府強拆大埔，昨天行政院遭民眾突襲蛋洗，並且坐在政院前譴責行政院長江宜樺、副總統吳敦義食言而肥，行政院重申必須「依法」要求警方強行架離，並呼籲年輕人應該「理性」表達意見，黃文雄回嗆，難道只有馬政府式的「依法行政﹞，才算理性嗎？

兩公約施行監督聯盟首任召集人黃文雄，在《蘋果日報》論壇版發表《哪天開始懷念這群年輕人》一文中表示，「拆大埔」的不公不義已是全國共識，這群年輕人突襲蛋洗行政院，正是經典的「公民不服從」的表現。如果好好看他們事先準備的新聞稿，就會知道他們完全知道自己在做什麼，不只有負面的批評，也有正面的建議，而且已經準備好付出法律懲罰的代價。行政院應該站出來說明，這群年輕人有哪一點不理性：是個人理性還是公共理性?

【陳冠宇／台北報導】深夜問題多！今天凌晨3時許，台北市京華城12樓夜店發生打架鬥毆互砸酒瓶的事件，總共有8名酒客受傷送醫。

警方表示傷者多為頭部撕裂傷與身體挫傷，為避免再發生衝突，將傷者分送不同醫院治療，而後又有1名醉倒的男子在電梯口被警員發現，雖然該名酒客非打架當事人，也將他一併送醫，夜店內打架鬥毆的確切原因，還有待警方進一步釐清。
