標題[請益] 遠傳續約orNP中華購買蝴蝶S

目前我使用的是遠傳398+750 租約在這個月2X號就要到期了 好不容易等到蝴蝶S費率出來，不過CP值似乎沒那麼高了 目前家人都長期在台灣，我會跟爸爸長期在外島 原本考慮NP台哥大，因為今天問了一下有使用台哥大的朋友 台哥大在外島這的訊號真的很可憐，連唯一門市都撤掉一段時間了 所以現在只剩下中華跟遠傳可以選了 目前好友使用中華跟遠傳人數大約各半 除了打給家人和用遠傳的朋友會用遠傳打(網內互打免費) 其他我大多都會用我另外一隻亞太手機聯絡比較多 如果不考慮洗機換機的話，大家的建議申辦的費率大概是怎樣 我在外面使用網路的話大概是重度FB跟偶爾PLAY商店抓抓東西 另外家裡有WIFI，所以回到家我大概都會換WIFI使用，除了有時候遠傳網路有問題 如果是各位，你們會選擇什麼方案來搭配蝴蝶S呢 目前使用的費率一個月1173，月繳平均在1400以下 目前我考慮的是續約遠傳598+775(1373)，手機費用7990 如果是NP中華的部分可能就要請各位版友幫忙給建議了..謝謝 P.S 要預繳不用預繳都沒關係，反正到時候一樣會扣完 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 220.142.116.72

【楊適吾、楊適群╱高雄報導】目前施工中的高市第一高、總樓層41層的豪宅「國硯」，上午九時許驚傳工人墜樓意外。目前已知，劉姓（50歲）鷹架工人在41樓外牆拆卸鷹架時，疑失足不慎墜樓，摔落大樓3樓的平台上，當場死亡。目前大樓工程暫停施工，警方和勞檢單位正調查是否涉及工安疏失。

我想問關於侵占罪的刑罰?

我朋友在超商工作，但沒想到後果就拿了收銀機1000元
隔天就被發現了，他們店長直接就報警了
警察說這樣的案件不屬於竊盜，為侵占罪..

因為我朋友因為急用就拿了錢
他是因為起了貪念才拿了錢...這是第一次..
事後要放回去也來不及了，前好像也掉了...

想問這類的侵占罪會怎樣受刑罰?

如果私下和解了，法院還會再追朔以及刑罰?
