【曾雪蒨／台中報導】在臉書痛批狂犬病防疫中心抓狗做動物實驗的大墩獸醫院院長戴更基今天中午接受本報訪問時拿出一疊醫學文獻指出，「只要是溫血哺乳動物都可能感染狂犬病毒，這種實驗十多年前國外就曾做過文獻報告且發表！」他說這種大家早已經知道病毒會異種傳染的事實，農委會ㄧ個防疫單位跳出來做實驗，只為證實十多年前大家都知道的結論，卻可能因此犧牲十四條生命，他痛批「這是已開發國家做出未開發國家的行為！」他並認為動保團體應該跳出來號召大家包為農委會三天三夜，他一定會參加，「讓農委會官員知道什麼叫做『生命平等』！」他說此刻「打疫苗防疫比動物實驗更重要」，所以發動下鄉免費打疫苗義診活動，他呼籲農政單位適可而止，不要讓台灣此舉成為另ㄧ個「台灣奇蹟」，再鬧「國際笑話」！

【楊適吾／高雄報導】高雄市前鎮區翠亨北路上的翠亨橋，下午4點左右民眾在橋底下的前鎮河上，發現１具浮屍，消防隊獲報後趕往現場，把人拉上岸後發現死者身體已經僵硬。警方到場初步調查後，確認死者為女性，身上沒有明顯外傷，身分及溺水原因還有待進一步釐清。

美股收黑，標準普爾500指數週線跌幅為將近兩個月以來最大，因投資人評量7月房屋開工增加和消費者信心下滑等數據意含。

標普500指數收跌5.49點或0.33%，報1655.83點，過去5個交易日累跌2.1%，為6月21日以來最大週線跌幅。道瓊工業指數收跌30.72點或0.20%，報15081.47點。

以科技股為主的那斯達克指數收跌3.339點或0.09%，報3602.778點。費城半導體指數收漲1.618點或0.35%，報462.462點。

標普500指數10大類股族群中有8類下挫，因美國10年期債券殖利率攀升至2年高峰，由高殖利率股票領跌。。

電信股走弱，威瑞森通訊公司（Verizon Communications Inc.）收跌1.7%。房地產股收挫2.2%、達去年11月來最低水準。零售商Nordstrom Inc.下修年度銷售預測，股價下滑4.9%。

新墨西哥Thornburg Investment Management Inc.股票分析師柏瑞爾（Brian Burrell）指出：「人們似乎存在於一種不要對美國過度興奮的情境中。」

他說：「人們正在檢視這些數據，並嘗試發現何事將會發生，及聯邦準備理事會（Fed）將如何回應。」

【李銘宏／台北報導】今天凌晨1時許，台北市敦化南路與基隆路口發生一起計程車與機車車禍，造成機車騎士手腳擦傷，送醫後並無大礙。

計程車司機表示，當時是正準備從基隆路左轉往敦化南路，機車突然衝出來，根本來不及踩剎車，機車騎士則否認闖燈，由於雙方都沒有喝酒，警方初步懷疑其中一方搶快才導致車禍發生，將調閱監視器釐清責任。
