【大紀元2013年08月18日訊】（大紀元記者李曉宇綜合報導）8月初以來，東北三省出現罕見的持續兩個多星期的暴雨，三大主要河流黑龍江、嫩江、松花江水位暴漲。大陸媒體報導，松花江流域發生1998年以來最大洪水，嫩江上游發生超50年一遇的特大洪水，黑龍江發生1987年以來最大洪水，黑龍江、嫩江和松花江干流800多處堤防發生滲漏、沖刷、管湧等險情。多個主要城市包括瀋陽變成水鄉澤國，造成數十人死亡失蹤。氣象部門預期未來10日雨勢仍會持續，災情還會擴大。

據報導，已經持續兩星期的雨勢17日再度轉大，遼寧黑山錄得272毫米雨量，吉林36個水庫超過警戒水位，當中包括八座大型水庫，其中嫩江更出現50年來最大的洪水。暴雨令瀋陽市區變成一片汪洋，市政府門口及各主要道路都被水浸，很多汽車在積水中死火，交通亂成一片。在松花江、黑龍江相匯的黑龍江省同江市有河堤被洪水沖毀。黑瞎子島的中方領土八成被淹，水位還在不斷上漲，登島道路已關閉。沈吉線鐵路橋涵被洪水沖損，8月18日瀋陽站9趟列車停運。

16日、17日，吉林東部和南部以及遼寧的部份地區出現大到暴雨，局地還遭到大暴雨甚至特大暴雨侵襲。其中，吉林四平出現72毫米暴雨、樺甸出現150毫米大暴雨，都打破了當地今年以來的強降雨記錄；而遼寧黑山出現了262毫米的特大暴雨，為當地1956年以來的最強降雨（之前記錄出現在1991年7月29日，降雨量達165.5毫米），極為罕見。

在吉林省樺甸市紅石鎮，暴雨造成的洪水紅深處淹過屋頂，70餘戶居民受災，洪災死亡人數已經達到14人。

雖然先前Sony Mobile已經否認將推出迷你款旗艦機種產品，不過此類傳聞依然在市場中流竄。目前相關消息甚至指出Sony Mobile預計公布的迷你款旗艦機，與即將在德國IFA 2013公布的「Honami」Xperia il，僅有螢幕規格與電池容量的差別。

根據Esato論壇網站所傳出消息，針對先前Sony Mobile所否認的迷你旗艦機產品傳聞，再次指出部分規格說法。其中表示此款迷你旗艦機將是下半年旗艦機「Honami」Xperia il縮小版本，產品代號為「Ray 3」。同時差別僅在於採用720P顯示規格的4.3吋螢幕與2400mAh容量電池，其餘規格均維持相同。

換句話說，若Sony Mobile確實推出迷你款旗艦機產品，規格將同樣搭載Triluminos顯示螢幕面板 (僅在解析度採720P設計)、Qualcomm Snapdragon 800處理器、2GB記憶體、16GB儲存空間，甚至也搭載「Honami」標榜為特色的Sony G鏡與1/2.3吋、f/2.0感光元件設計。

但僅有這樣的規格差異，似乎與三星、HTC、Motorola等廠商採取的規格差異化發展不同，而且似乎也未具絕對性的產品區隔。此外，姑且不論「Honami」實際搭載Snapdragon 800處理器的熱度表現，假使縮小款的「Honami mini」也搭載相同處理器與Sony G鏡，似乎也令人好奇實際機身散熱與拍照表現。

目前Sony Mobile方面尚未對IFA 2013即將公布產品做任何正面回應，同時也未表態將推出迷你旗艦機種進攻市場。
