家中騎樓用為私用，後方庭院屬他私人土地，但連防火巷也一並用磚頭蓋圍牆高度大概一米6以上是有留大概(寬一米左右的走道未圍圍牆)。這家補習班已開一陣子了，這樣這家補習班消防檢查會過嗎，(佔地行為)都是後來才做的。(因覺得如遇到火災有防礙到孩童逃生)，補習班不是每年12月才有大規模檢查嗎，可以找人馬上檢舉嗎~~~問題有那些~~

今天做了馬芬蛋糕
材料：
全蛋217公克（四顆左右）、糖粉150公克、鹽3公克(我沒加因為我用有鹽奶油就想說算了(?)奶油150公克、牛奶40公克、低筋麵粉270公克、泡打粉8公克

作法：
1 全蛋放入攪拌缸中，加入一起過篩好的糖粉和鹽攪拌均勻。
2 將奶油以微溫的水隔水溶化後加入作法1中，拌勻至完全吸收後加入牛奶拌勻。
3 將低筋麵粉和泡打粉一起過篩後加入作法2中，以慢速攪拌成無乾粉狀的麵糊。
4 將作法3的麵糊裝入擠花袋中，再擠入馬芬紙模至八分滿，放入預熱好的烤箱以上火190℃、下火170℃(我家因為沒有分上下火所以我用180度烤的)烘烤約25分鐘後取出即可。

這是材料跟做法，可是我大概烤了45分鐘左右用筷子下去戳拿出來還是有點溼溼的
而且烤出來的馬芬表面很硬
請問有什麼改善方法?
還是是烤箱的問題?

另外想請問製作巧克力醬有什麼較好的比例?可以拿來擠花比較順利的
