打119叫救護車 謊報男遭開罰

【陳韋劭／新北報導】新北市消防局今晚7時許接獲1名林姓男子報案，指出他在鶯歌火車站內身體不適需救護車送醫，警消人員派車抵達現場後，卻遍尋不著報案的林男，致電給林男又遭惡意掛斷，沒多久林男又打119報案，讓警消人員來回疲於奔命卻都找不到人。
警消人員查詢林男報案紀錄後發現，近5年來林男總共撥打了騷擾、謊報電話共98件，警消人員認為此舉不容姑息，依據消防法令派人前往林男住處開立舉發單，雖然家屬表示林男患有精神疾病，但警消仍將依法裁罰3000元到15000元不等罰緩。

和桐化學明年成立第34年， 有望成為全球第一大LAS/AES表面活性劑廠，董事長楊猷傑可謂是「功不可沒」。在員工眼中，向來是個「隨和、敦厚」的主管。
楊猷傑是和桐創辦人陳武雄的得意門生，他接任董事長這幾年期間，一直都謹守本分，延續陳武雄「管理、效率、創新，突破」的經營理念，以及「ONE PAGE 」、「24 hours」的處理方式，穩扎穩打，公司今年營收可望挑戰500億元大關。
陳武雄是把握每一秒鐘、不浪費每一分鐘的企業經營者，在尚未交棒前，他都要求員工用一張紙把要說的重點歸納在一起，他也希望遇到需要解決的事情時，員工可以在24小時內提出解決方案。對這樣的要求，楊猷傑不僅自己做到，很多員工認為楊猷傑比各主管還認真。
楊猷傑對於求新知的態度也很積極，只要是石化業的技術研討會或產業趨勢發展等活動，甚至台灣石化業的固定高爾夫球敘，他都一定到場，當知悉石化業有新方向或新技術時，在每天晨會就會拿出來與各主管分享，並自己上網蒐集資料，希望公司能比同業早一步搶得先機。
和桐近幾年積極擴建、發展，讓楊猷傑成為兩岸的空中飛人，為此他也減少很多可以打球運動的時間，因此今年他買了個計步器，有時間就靠多走路運動、養身。
對於和桐的未來，楊猷傑認為，雖然大陸內需強勁，但雞蛋不能放同一個籃子，隨著產能增加，也逐漸增加外銷產能。
