【余思維／台北報導】台北市萬壽路今天下午近2時發生機車自撞燈桿車禍，現場散落許多女性貼身衣褲、化妝品等物品，民眾見狀連忙通知一一九將3人送醫。

警方調查，當時是3人共乘輛機車，其中一對男女為外籍人士，由於車上還載滿許多物品，初步判斷，疑是過彎車速太快，加上重心不穩，才發生這起車禍，但確切原因還需深入調查。

市府放棄一○六年全運主辦權 http://www.cdns.com.tw/20130816/news/ncxw/733600002013081518121352.htm 記者林雪娟／台南報導 　台南市原爭取到民國一百零六年的全國運動會承辦權，但受限人物力及財源，經市長賴 清德簽准同意，確定放棄主辦權；許多體育界人士同感遺憾，台南市體育總會理事長劉福 財雖感惋惜，但認為可爭取再下一屆，台南市多個單項運動委員會則大呼不可思議，認為 市府不先努力就放棄，缺乏運動家精神。 　 台南市經過積極爭取，爭取到全國運動會承辦權，但考量人物力，經市長賴清德簽准放 棄，體育處已經將公文送交體育署，說明放棄原由。體育處表示，台南市明年將主辦全國 身障運動會，並且取得二○一五至二○一九年，連續三屆的世界盃少棒錦標賽主辦權， 考量人力、物力和財力，市府無法負擔，因此決定放棄，體育署目前尚未回函。 　劉福財說，雖然體育界希望承辦全運會，不過考量體育處人物力，實在也無力再承辦， 對於放棄，能夠給予體諒；體育處人員私下表示；以目前工作量來說，的確滿載，與其辦 一堆做不好，倒不如專心辦好事情。 　但對於這項說法，洪玉鳳無法接受。她表示，市府當時費盡心力、信誓旦旦爭取，如今 面臨困難，為何不對外說明，且有困難，為何不先徵詢體育界、觀光旅遊界、企業界等意 見，尋求援助。對於缺乏財力，她也無法接受，通常承辦縣市可以對比賽項目有所建議， 且因場地孰悉關係，選手奪牌希望更為濃厚，且更可以趁機向中央爭取補助經費整修場館 ，爭取體育經費，對於市府隨隨便便放棄，她認為市府應該公開對外說明原委。 　台南市軟式網球委員會主委陳文科指出，台南市是院轄市規格，談沒錢太丟臉，應該先 爭取經費，且承辦賽事，曝光度是市府花再多廣告費也爭取不來的。 2013/08/15 18:12 ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ 市府回應暫緩爭取全運會承辦之說明 有關2017年全國運動會，台南市府暫不爭取承辦，並提出說明如下： 一、台南市將於明年度主辦全國身心障礙運動會，且在爭取2017年全國運動會後，又取得 自2015年起連續三屆的世界盃少棒錦標賽主辦權，有鑒於2017年全國運動會與世界杯少棒 賽的舉辦時間接近，且分別屬全國性及國際性的大型賽事，考量市府資源調度，以及有限 人力、物力和財力之運用，因此台南市暫不爭取2017年全國運動會之承辦，以集中資源， 將2017年世界杯少棒賽事辦到最好，但市府並未放棄再爭取承辦下一屆全國運動會的機會 二、又，2017年7月適逢世界大學運動會此一國際盛會在台北舉辦，緊接著舉辦的2017年全 國運動會，無論在體育界、乃至社會各界所能投入的資源、財源或人力動員上，恐有不利 影響，台南市在評估客觀情勢後，暫不爭取2017年全國運動會之承辦。 三、培訓運動人才的計畫與爭取全運會的承辦，兩者間並無關連，台南市府結合各界力量 ，建構健全的運動人才系統化培訓體制，將持續推動優秀運動人才的發展與培訓，並不受 2017年全運會承辦與否的影響。 ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ 市府的OS大概是這樣： 「X，106年台北要辦世大運，如果我們辦全運會，經費一定搶輸台北...傻子才辦」 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 49.219.39.33

【施春美╱台北報導】台灣農村陣線目前正在凱達格蘭大道舉辦「818拆政府行動－把國家還給人民」晚會，現場有超過1萬民眾參與。苗栗青年傅偉哲剛剛上台說，他3年前也在凱道抗議苗栗大埔的粗暴徵地案，他對此相當無奈，這3年來苗栗縣府持續如此，在苗栗後龍、竹南崎頂、苑裡等地持續土地開發，在苗栗縣長劉政鴻主政7年來，苗栗縣府已舉債500億元，平均每位苗栗縣民負債9萬元，所以當地人稱他為「劉百億」。

他說，看到苗栗18鄉鎮都有年輕人站出來，而他父親是國小老師，也站出來抗議政府不當開發了。他呼籲大家要團結，並要大家在他大喊「劉政鴻」後就跟著喊「過橋」（意謂人死後，靈魂要過奈何橋），群眾都配合高呼，情緒激動。

標題[請益] 想請問一下國立大學化學系學士找工作

由於原po在下我不才 研究所沒上 學歷只有120化學系學士畢業 周遭的人大部分都選擇繼續讀研所 沒念的要嘛當兵 就業的大都非相關工作 看著板上現在對於科技心得大部分都碩士up 現在在當兵的我開始覺得對於未來有點危機 想請問一下版上大家 120化學學士在科技業好找工作嗎? 國立學士會比科大碩士難求職嗎? 最後 看著國考各種考試項目才發現分析化學好重要QQ 我以前都沒啥念真是... -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 60.244.57.97

小檔案/香草藥草園區 一波三折

占地86公頃的大埔美「香草藥草生物科技園區」開發案，事實上已「胎死腹中」，轉型為大埔美「精密機械園區二期工程」。

該開發案基地位於嘉義縣大林鎮與梅山鄉交界處、福高梅山交流道東側，早在民國93年12月獲經建會審核通過，計畫引進以生產香草、藥草相關的生技產業為主。

得標開發的春龍股份有限公司，因執行效率不佳，97年10月逕行停工，經多次協調無效，縣府在98年7月通知解約，沒收1億5千萬元履約保證金。

嘉義縣府決定轉型為大埔美精密機械園區二期工程，去年6月甄選出開發商，用地徵收取得、開發商自籌資金正進行中。（資料由縣府提供，記者吳世聰整理）
